These are great! Cardamom is one of my most favorite spices.

I’ve been taking cardamom pod seeds for about 2 weeks. It’s really not time enough to really tell what they are doing, it I do know when I take them at night they seem to help me rest better.They way I take them is— I put about 8 pods in my mouth getting them soft and then I bust them open with my front teeth and get the seeds out. When all pods are open I have about a spoon full of seeds which I chew up. They have a great taste (though a little strong). I have made tea from them but I prefer chewing them. Also, they are a great source of fiber which is good if you have blood sugar trouble. I am writing this to let folks know what they have done for me. All bodies are different. But if they don’t help on those ways——— it’s a great source for dragon (bad) breath—- if you have bad breath.

Smells freshness.I love to cook with cardemom, I used on basmati rice, soups or just add it to my Turkish coffee.Very green & fresh.Highly recommend 👍

The cardamom I got is the last graded and out of them some are to dustbin as they are full of fungus and few r eaten by bugs .its my first time seeing this kind of worst quality.even one star also not worthy for this item however i gave 5 stars because people like me checks only 5 stars and buy hence this might be useful to them.

The shipping was very fast. The person that delivered was very professional. The package was cut slightly but otherwise, you can't tell if anything is missing. The package itself is beautiful and the pods are clean and look like amazing quality. Happy with our purchase. Not so happy with it being cut due to not knowing what could have happened / quality/ contamination.
