I have a storage shed (composite , plastic like material) that I need to add additional ventilation to. The inside became covered with black mold & mildew. It was not only disgusting looking, also potentially harmful. I applied this Mold Armor product with my pressure washer & immediately it started cleaning things. Finished the job with the pressure washer & it looks great. I hope the Microban additive works to keep re-growth of the mold and mildew at bay until I can improve the air circulation.I followed the directions regarding plants & grass and had no harmful effects if any of the product may have gotten on it. Wear old clothing as it will bleach out material. Will definitely buy it again if the need arises.

Seems to work well on removing mildew stain on driveway in shady section, only time will tell if it slows regrowth. Product description included gloves that were not in box or bag with container

I used the mold and mildew remover in my 2800 PSI pressure washer. Used the pressure washer with the soap dispenser to spray the entire area with the cleaner. Let it sit for about 5 minutes and then started using the pressure washer with a turbo tip to clean the steps, which are brick. I was amazed at the difference when I was done. One of these night and day scenarios. The "after" photo was taken when the steps were still wet. Once they dried they're even better. Highly recommend this product. The one gallon container will be enough to do the steps and sidewalk area (sidewalk is approx 70') at least four times. Good value.

I used this on a new deck that had mud stains and they were rather difficult to remove. Feel like the pressure had more to say about removing them than the cleaner which seemed kind weak, no soap actions, and I like bubbles. Also used on rumble stone, sprayed , worked with broom and rinsed off. They came clean, had mold on them as they were covered during construction. Gloves were a nice added item.

We used this with our pressure washer for those stubborn stains on the driveway and it really helped. Love that it comes with gloves as well for protection. The fact that this is a concentrate ensures that this will provide a lot of uses and helps to save money. Highly recommend.

I didn’t know what to expect from this cleaning product but it did a wonderful job with the pressure washer. I usually clean the driveway with just water but since I started using the Mold Armor E-Z Deck, Concrete & Driveway wash, the difference is night and day.We also used it in the sinks and bathtubs and it really broke down all the stubborn stain easily.The product is not cheap but it is well worth it in my opinion. Overall, I am very satisfied with this cleaner which gets a perfect score from me.

This worked great in my electric power washer and did a fantastic job on my driveway, walkway, and patio! All of them had some gross mold looking stuff and dirt in them and this knocked that right out and got it nice and clean- highly recommend!

Does a great job with my 2500psi pressure washer -- usually will spray on lowest setting , generous application, let it soak, then pressure wash off. Works great and can definitely tell a difference afterwards. 100% recommend.
