I have been trying to enjoy an effective workout at home. I have tube style bands, but it's not easy to use those for deadlifts which are key for functional strength. I find I like this style of bands best for deadlifts and squats. You can also do everything else with them but the ones with handles may be more comfortable. I recommend wearing gloves with these. If I could only get one style of resistance bands it would be these. I did receive one band with a manufacturing defect, the seller promptly provided a replacement. Excellent customer service. I've really enjoyed using them and don't miss the gym so much.

These bands are great. They are thick and seem to be durable (time will tell). I have the tube style bands also, but I like this style of bands best for deadlifts and squats. They're safer to use than the barbell. Very versatile

I was surprised at the quality and strength at such a value price. I use the supplement my powerlifting training. I am not a monster so these are plenty sufficient for me with all my lifts in the 300's. Not sure if these would help the big boys but these will help most people as they work on their weak points.

I love these bands but there is a lack of consistency. I loved the first set so I bought a second one a week later. The blue bands are very different in length which makes the resistance uneven when using both of them. Otherwise, quality is fantastic. I’d buy another set.

I wanted to wait a few weeks before writing a review so I could use the product for a while. So far these are great; the variety in resistance allows for a huge variety in exercises for the whole body. If I have any constructive criticism it would only be that the edges are kind of squared off so when holding the bigger band with bare hands it can rub against the skin and get a little uncomfortable. Nothing that some gloves doesn’t fix. I’m very happy with this addition to my at home and on the go workout equipment.

Best bang for your money. The only package to deliver 6 bands and have the heavier weighted "Blue" band. I can take my training to new levels using these bands since I workout at home now. The main reason I bought these bands are because I need to move through different body exercises fast like I do at the gym. These bands are feeling great on my joints as well, i didn't expect that. Feels like a makeshift old school soloflex that I had back in the 90's. Best buy on Amazon...

It’s very functioning equipment and very best Covid exercise equipment and it’s better than going to the gym when you have everything in here at home!
