They're supposed to be small!
I actually don't know how a bag of this ended up in my house - but I tried it for a low-calorie, high-fiber snack. I thought it had been in our snack box for so long it was just crumbles. But then I realized that each "crumble" was a perfectly-popped mini kernel. I then inspected the contents of the bag, and sure enough it was full of these delightful little pieces of popcorn. The great part about them being so small - you feel like you get more, and they take longer to eat! I then went online and researched because I had to get more!They are pricey, but you get what you pay for in this case. I can't vouch for the other flavors, but the sea salt is very, very good. I have yet to find an un-popped mini kernel at the bottom of the bag.I highly recommend.

Stale popcorn
I liked the cheese Pipcorn. The popcorn I did not like & I had friends over and they didn’t like it either. The popcorn was like when you make popcorn & you come to the end of the bowl it’s all small & hard .
