The matcha came packaged with a pretty little piece of printed origami paper, which was a cute, fun touch, and a little note saying something to the effect that they realize most people don't leave reviews, but that they would sure appreciate it. I found it refreshing that first of all, they asked in an honest and respectful manner for what they need, and secondly, that they offered no incentive for a review (a move that always turns me off).Packaging and note aside, the matcha itself is wonderful. It's smooth, creamier than any other I've ever tried, has a beautiful, bright flavor, and blends beautifully! I've tried a few other brands, ranging in price and popularity, and this one easily beats out even some more well-known and higher-priced brands.This will absolutely be my go-to!

This is my favorite matcha. I’ve tried a bunch of them and haven’t looked back. The texture is smooth and the packaging is beautiful. Packaging keeps the powder perfectly fresh and easy to transport. Ive ordered both the smaller size and the resealable bag. Both were fresh and preserved well. The perfect bright green color and whisks beautifully. I drink it daily, its so delicious!

I have been drinking matcha at home for about 3 years and have tried many expensive brands plus the low quality store brands. This matcha has a nice bright green color, mellow taste, and is great for everyday latte drinking. The price point is average for the amount of matcha and the quality is good. I just ordered my third tin.

So far this is the best matcha powder I have gotten from Amazon. The taste the color and bonus instructions how to make it are a pleasant surprise. I make mine with 2 1oz of water and 2 tbsp of organic half and half (frothed). This is amazing for hot matcha latte if making cold on ice I will double the recipe. Amazing product!

I have ordered one of the 1 oz. tins, and three of the 3.5 oz. bags, and this is my go-to matcha. I have used the bags to refill the 1 oz. tin, as I find it easier to scoop the powder out of the tin. The color is a beautiful, vibrant green. The flavor is great -- earthy but not too bitter. Unlike other brands that I have tried, this one also mixes up really smoothly. The powder doesn't clump when water is added, and it easily reincorporates if left to settle. I enjoy drinking this plain, in lattes, and in matcha tonics. It's a delicious tasting matcha from a solid source!
