Overall the quality of this umbrella is great. I’m only giving it 4 stars because the diameter of the pole is larger than 1.5” so it does not fit the built-in umbrella hole in our pool’s Baja shelf.

The umbrella is very nice but it doesn't tilt so we had to return it.

Good quality for the price, easy set-up, this rectangular model does not tilt, like the pro-rated discount for the 10 year warranty, know that the older it is the lower percentage of replacement and you pay the difference, live in Florida, we will see in 1 year, very happy with purchase.

We got this in July of 2021 in June of 23 it still looks, and works perfectly.

Beautiful umbrella. Built well, an easy operation. We purchased it because of not only the look of it, but because it uses quality fabric. The price was very reasonable. The color is beautiful.

One engineering feature I would change is moving the chain and pin keeper 180 degrees (opposite side) from where it’s attached to the pole. While raising and lowering it slightly interferes with the cranking mechanism.

The umbrella is just as pictured and described. It was easy to screw the base to the top and pop it in to the stand which we already had. It’s a gorgeous teal color and it brightened up the patio nicely.
