Kellogg's Special K Cold Breakfast Cereal, Zero, Keto Friendly, Cinnamon (3 Boxes)

I eat this every morning with fresh blueberries. Stays crisp in milk. Great cinnamon flavor. Love that it's zero sugar.

I have been on the keto diet for a while and I miss cereal. When I say this I thought it would be the answer to my prayer. A reputable brand who I have enjoyed in the past.Whatever this is made out of, I found unpalatable. The immediate flavor isn't bad; very sweet and strong with cinnamon. Chewing it makes it mealy and it doesn't break down as you would expect. There is a taste, aside from the flavor, that as you begin to chew it presents itself. I found it to be chemically and not pleasant. After swallowing it there is an equally off putting.I had one bowl and regretted it. I cannot recommend this, even if you're desperate, as a 'keto friendly' cereal.

This product is good for someone trying to lose weight or that is on a keto diet. I don't eat a lot of sugar so this is very sweet for me. For someone who is addicted to sugar and junk food, this will taste gross at first but over time will taste nice.I like this and hope they keep it in production forever, and make more versions of this. thanks

This cereal tastes pretty good, nicely cinnamony and holds up well to the milk. It's slightly chalky which I think is to be expected of a high protein cereal. However, it's quite expensive for three smaller than average boxes of cereal.

Great flavor cereal with good amount of carbs & low sugar

I eat way too much sweet stuff on a daily basis, so I'm not opposed to sweetness. However, this cereal must be absolutely LOADED with the artificial sweetener used. I managed to eat the first bowl. Then I tried mixing it with my husband's very bland, no sugar added bran flakes...about 25% this Special K and 75% of the bland stuff. The sweetness was still overpowering. I made the mistake of buying the 3 box pack and probably won't be able to return the 2 unopened boxes, but I might try. Those of you who think this stuff is great, I'd be happy to send you my two boxes if you'll pay the postage!!

The flavor is not very good. It is pretty dry and no flavor even with sugar on it.

I was worried about ordering this cereal based on the many negative reviews, but I tried it anyway and I have been pleasantly surprised with the taste and texture, which are great. Many keto cereals have really hard flakes or o-shaped cereal. This cereal has a nice crisp that's not too hard, and the taste is quite nice. Yes it's expensive, but most keto products are. I'm always just grateful to find a keto-friendly product that I enjoy eating, regardless of the high cost.
