Product not fit for purpose
Product did not work , after 5minutes the unit froze.After exchange unit arrived it was tested and again after 5minutes it froze.On both occasions taking batteries out and replacing allowed unit to work again .Product not fit for purpose. Second unit sent back and refund requested this has not happened.VERY DISAPOINTED. No response from supplier or Amazon.Roy

They don't all not work
Everyone complains about it by the look of these reviews, my 4yo hasn't had any of these problems with his one, only issue his has is a missing battery cover, which apparently once lost is lost, there's no way to order a replacement, that's my complaint.

Not happy
I purchased this product for my daughter for Christmas. She has not had chance to use it as every time I switch it on after putting fresh battery’s in there is a flashing screen saying low battery and it turns off !!!! I have tried 3 lots of betterys I’m not impressed at all
