Would live this, but it just not for all card
I recently received the YUGUANG LED Hood Light Strip for my vehicle and found the product to be of good quality. The dynamic scan feature and the white waterproof LED lights offer a unique and stylish look to the car's hood. The 71-inch length provides sufficient coverage for various car models, including SUVs and trucks. However, during the installation process, I encountered some challenges. Many modern cars no longer have a fuse box under the hood, making it tricky to find a suitable installation point for the light strip. This limitation can be frustrating for those looking to enhance their vehicle with this product.Despite the installation difficulties, the YUGUANG LED Hood Light Strip is a well-made product with attractive features. I would give it a 4-star rating, considering its quality and innovative design. Potential buyers should be aware of the installation challenges posed by certain car models without a traditional fuse box under the hood.

Works Great. Very bright!
I got this for lighting in my truck topper. Hooked it up my fuse block and a 12V toggle switch and affixed it with velcro tape to the carpeted ceiling. Product works amazing! Light is intense and lights up the entire bed! I could imagine a number of places where you could use something like this on a car or RV. Any place you need bright light, like under an extendable awning, undercar/undertruck lighting, etc. Any good 12V power supply will work! High quality product with a lot of potential options and versatility.

I like it!
This hood light kit is better than expected. This car hood light kit is easy to install. I recommend that you first hook the power line to the 12v to find the center of the dancing light. Mark this spot so you can set this in the center of your hood. The light in only one one side so make sure you peel off the adhesive stickers on the correct side. My car use a Micro2 fuse so I recommend that you get the correct size to draw power from the fuse box on your car. It took me about 20 minutes to complete the installation and it look so fun and add running light on the car. I highly recommend this product.

Easy Peasy
This is a simple way to add a little to the start up. Decide where you want to mount it, clean the surface, remove the backing from the tape and stick it on. The only thing you need for this is a way to connect the leads to power and ground. There is an inline fuse on the power lead so it can be spliced into an existing run.I do recommend and I would (will) buy this again.

Easy fitment
I Purchased this item as I had seen these lights on newer cars, and it looked quite nice, I just read and followed the instructions on the enclosed leaflet. Found the correct fuse to use and installed. The only down side is that the light is quite thick so it took some adjustments to fit and close bonnet. All in all a decent item to purchase if you want to have drl's. And I believe they are road legal as they are only white light, not blue or multicoloured. They turn off when key is out and turn on as soon as you turn ignition on. Also Priced reasonably.

White
Changed these from current ones due to the white being blue and wondered why cars on the motorway letting me pass (ooops) these are brilliant white and great visibility.

Impressive but not staying on
The actual lights works OK. Been wired to side lights so that when these are turned on the strip lights up. However as soon as I pull away or increase revs the strip light goes out. Sometimes (not often, it flickers and comes back on). I love the effect it gives and maybe I got one from a faulty or bad batch.I'll try another one as they are cheap enough and the right length for my car.Let's see.

Simple to install
Very easy to use lights, wired them directly to one of my fuses on my fuse box, was simple to setup just had to get the wire through the firewall, the LED lights are bright and make the car look nice.

These do work and they work well
The media could not be loaded. When Yuguang offered me this LED hood strip to try and review I was more than happy to do so.The past year has seen more and more cars with inbuilt hood (for us in the UK, bonnet) LEDs and I have always thought how great they looked, not just for the aesthetics, well ok maybe it was 90% for the aesthetics but also for how much they stood out in my review mirror, they are very noticeable so to me, this gives the advantage of being seen sooner, so add an element of safety.I found them easy to install, just need to ensure that the location you choose is thoroughly cleaned, I used Isopropyl Isopropanol as it dries quickly and removes just about everything, but standard washing up liquid is good as will but will require drying with a cloth. You'll need to find a fuse to attach the red positive wire to, I chose a 12vdc one that was connected to the ignition so the led strip came on as soon as the car was started, this is only because my cars side lights are on all the time from the start. The black ground wire I connected to a bolt on the cars chassis. It does come with an inline fuse as well which is cool as adds extra protection. The led strip itself is very flexible and you can cut it to size which is great to ensure it fits perfectly. My car is a DS4 and this strip just looks awesome, it joins both headlights together seamlessly. Then the start up sequence is, well is amazing, as a 60's child growing up in the 70's TV era I felt like I have my own Kitt from Knight Industries (never heard of it, go look it up😎)Anyways, I hope the video gives you a good idea on what your car could like as well.
