These bad boys give that extra cushioning needed to relieve heel pain. I wish they stayed in place a little more securely, but this is a minor issue in a mostly solid product.

These heel cups did not relieve my heel pain. I guess it's a toss of the dice whether they'll work or not. I've been wanting to try gel heel cups for sometime now and the great reviews are what convinced me to try them. Now that I did I know they're not for me. The pain worsened the more I used them I finally had to just take them out and wear my sneakers without any padding which interestingly enough the pain wasn't as bad. They may work for you like they did for many reviewers so you'll just have to take that risk like I did. Waste of $$ for me. Good luck!!

I so much one of these to work. But they’re not solution. My doctor finally told me to go get shoes. I had more padding to wear and that actually helped more than these did. I did not send these back to Amazon because they are what they are and they work with some shoes for a while, but not for a long time being on your feet.

My shoes are much more walkable. I’m just wondering how I can make them stick if I’m switching them out.

Cushion itself is reliable. Stick needs a little help for athletic activities. Stays put in regular shoes with non-athletic activity.

I thought I would give these a shot and I regret it! I wore one insert for two days and it is already flat and useless. Returning! Please do not waste your money on this product!

The gel with no covering stuck to my socks after a long walk giving me blisters. Also did not help with the planters fasciitis.

A bit small for my boots.
