I got this bed even with all the negative reviews because of all of the beautiful pictures to counter. I also noticed a pattern with the negative reviews. Most people complaining took this bed out of the vacuum sealed wrap and just threw it on the floor for their dog. I’m sorry, but who takes a factory made item and doesn’t even wash it for their dog and just gives it to them….? Anyways. lol. I washed and dried this bed for my puppy and it came out perfect and firm enough. She loves it! It’s very cushy and comfortable. She’s too small to even notice the removable pillow. I know my mom’s dogs would totally tear that thing up but for a puppy, this is absolutely perfect. And makes it easy to wash. Definitely not too flimsy at all. Love it and the lilac color. Delivery was very fast. Bed is just the right size for our new puppy. She took to it right away. The bed looks great and is very cozy. We are pleased with the purchase.

Very nice quality. Soft and comfy with good amount of support. Durable and washable. Our 3 month old puppy is an aggressive chewer and he beats this up but it’s still holding up great. He sleeps in it every night in his crate.

This bed is plenty soft and I LOVE that it is machine washable. I do wish the sides had a little more structure but it’s a fine bed.

I bought several different beds and put them all out on the floor. My little toy poodle jumped in this one and I dare you to even try to move it! Its hers and she will let you know it. 🤣 It is soft and flexible . Not hard and rigid. It keeps her warm. I bought a bigger size so she can stretch all the way out or curl up and snuggle into the soft and warm sides. I only wish I could find a bed like this for me.....It never really had a strong smell and that dissipated quickly. I did wash it twice before I let her sleep in it and the water was really dirty. Just dust. I like that you can just throw the whole thing in the washer and dryer and not have to take the sides out seperately. So Easy . It performs beautifully. I feel so lucky.

My foster cat, who sheds beyond any other cat I’ve ever had, has claimed this chair by my bed as her own. Considering I’d like to use the chair sometimes before going to sleep (without getting cat hair all over me), I bought this cat bed to help contain some of the fluff between pet hair roller sessions. Yes, sessions. She hasn’t used it yet since it JUST arrived, but I’m very happy with the size, shape, and color, and if I must have something in or on the chair, I’m happy with how it looks. I will say that it’s a little wobbly and I would have knocked a star off for that, but it was on sale for $15.99!!!, so it’s getting a full 5. At least it doesn’t look cheap- that’s almost worth 5 stars by itself, lol. Once my cat has figured it out, I’ll update, but for now I’m super happy.(In case you’re wondering about the ladder in the photo: I ordered a 6ft, Walmart subbed an 8ft, which doesn’t fit in my storage, so I got creative. Not something I would normally decorate with, lol, but somehow it works for the space.)8/26/24 Update: The queen has accepted her new throne, as you can see in the second photo.As soon as her paws touched it, she started making a whole batch of biscuits, and she looked up at me with excited eyes, like, “This is for MEEE?!”It did take a couple days for her to figure out it was truly her bed, but she naps there most of the time now. I’d say she loves it.Oh! And I took one of the other reviewer’s advice the day after it arrived and washed & dried it. It fluffed up really well. The cushion is still a little small- especially with the sueded side up, but I flipped it over to fleece up and there’s no gap between the cushion and the sides. You can see in the second photo how full it looks after washing.

This thing is very soft and just the right size! Love the fact that you can remove the middle cushion and put it in the washing machine! My dog and cat love it!! Very well made and so far it’s holding up great!!

We have a small cat. She is very petite . This bed is to small for her as she has no room to stretch out or move around. It would be fine for a kitten but not a cat.It is soft and washable but offers no support on its sides.
