So so easy! No smell. Quick to do and clean doesn't leave a residue to be washed off

So far so good. This sealer went on very easily and came with an application sprayer, sponge, buff cloth, and dauber. The dauber doesn't hold up well with course grout but would be good to soak up the product from a plastic cup and do the fine work as suggested in the directions. The sprayer gets a lot of the product on a large space in a short amount of time and follow-up with the cellulose sponge is quick. I applied the three layers as it was in a shower. It has kind of a dull coat currently, but I haven't been able to buff it well with the cloth due to time. I can see how well this will function though because the areas where I accidentally over-sprayed onto the wall just beaded water when I was cleaning up caulk! So, my word of warning: wear a mask and ventilate the area more than you think you need to. A bathroom vent by itself is not going to cut it unless it is jet engine strength. I suggest fans and open windows in the room or an adjoining room. I didn't realize just how bad it was until my husband opened the door of the room I was in and got an immediate headache. I had a mild headache the rest of the day as well. It does also take a few days for the smell to dissipate, so if you need to be near the area it may be advisable to see if you can close the door to the room and keep a vent fan running at least.

As my title suggests, I found this surprisingly thin when I sprayed it, and as a result it didn't really spread evenly, or as easily as I'd hoped. That being said, it did clean up well, and once dry you couldn't really tell I'd done kind of a sloppy job. There are plenty of extras included to help with this like gloves, a couple of sponges, etc. Maybe I didn't shake the bottle enough before I sprayed...

Our shower has a marble stone flooring with grout that loves to catch all the dirt. After taking a power washer to it, we cleaned it up enough to use this sealer and finally keep the dirt and grime away. The application was quite simple, and the sealer sprayed and coated well without any change to coloring. Our shower is about five feet by three feet, so we were able to apply three full coats with some to spare. This kit comes with everything you should need, including a sponge, foam brush, and a towel to wipe down the floor.As for the protection, we've noticed that the water runs off the grout a bit better, and we aren't seeing any discoloration after some weeks of use. Hopefully, the sealer does its job for a long time, and we can enjoy a clean shower for years to come before needing a new coat. It's a good price point for the investment, so we're happy with the outcome!
