I needed a batter powered amp for an outdoor event. The sound quality is lacking, but if one is looking for a audiophile amp this should not be what you are searching. It runs all day, powering a couple horn speakers amplifying a mic, on a fully charged car battery (I do not know the amp-hours but not a super large one.). The only problem I noticed is that using both the mic and aux inputs will cause the amp to cut out on loud beats, but again this is not a sound reinforcement amp. Ultimately if you need an inexpensive amp that can be directly battery powered I would suggest this one to anyone.

11 purchased, but 3 came with loose internal parts, one smoked when first time connected, and other one with grounding noise unfixable… Not really happy with this amp… won’t buy more

I actually used this for a funeral where there were going to be about 200 people. I was concerned that there was going to be static or the sound would not be of good quality. It was great. It was perfect. Easy to use with good solid sound and power. Note that the speaker connections on the bag are of the screw variety so you want 16 gauge speaker wire or thinner. Heavier will not work with this. It also has some good audio options so I was able to not only hook up the microphone, but my computer as well for some video. It's a versatile item that at this price is worthy of your purchase. When I needed it to come through it worked like a charm and I was very happy with my purchase.

What a piece of garbage. I had to wait for my client to finish building their restaurant which got delayed (1) month so I Just installed and powered up unit and it began smoking

I hooked this amp up in just a few minutes to two microphones and a small pair of old Radio Shack speakers(the best they ever sold). The sound filled an auditorium of about 1500sq feet. No hum or distortion at all. Easy adjustment for individual mics. For the price it would be hard to beat.
