Complete waste of time and money - Never offered any resistance - once compressed never sprang back - when I tried to figure out why - Pure garbage

Ok for Cost of item
It seems to be ok as a version of the Original. Cost factor good … I just received it ~ Time will tell of sturdiness.

The design is bad. Doesn’t smoothly move in and out. It’s cheap but not worth it. Save your money and watch YouTube for exercises that don’t require a tool.
