Meat Grinder Universal Tamper/Pusher Butcher Shop

I have a Kitchenaid Classic stand mixer which I got in 2001. A couple of years ago, my mom gave me her Kitchenaid FGA which she purchased in 1996. Recently, my husband got a deer and wanted to make some venison summer sausage. The FGA my mom gave me did not have a meat pusher. This pusher fit perfectly and my husband used it on about 6lbs of venison. I do think the pusher is hollow, but it is very sturdy.

I ordered this for my grinder si ce my 4 yr old lost mine. Works as it should and pushes the burger just fine.

I bought this as a replacement to the one that came with my Sam Baere grinder about 15 years ago, as the plastic had cracked, impacting the structural integrity. This pusher is also plastic but more solid - it feels like the shaft is not hollow like my former one. I anticipate this will last the life of the grinder.

Very light weight. Feels kinda cheap. Does the job tho and price was ok
