I took off a star because the item is unexpectedly heavy to carry, larger than I anticipated, and takes a long time to fully charge - I usually leave it plugged in overnight. The charging cable is also ridiculously short. However, these drawbacks don’t affect the excellent performance of this power bank. It charges devices quickly and holds power for a long time once fully charged, making it worth buying. The included velvety pouch is a nice touch.

I was expecting this to be much larger, yes it's heavy but the size is like an old flip phone.Charging is good and steady. I am happy with the item and if that changes I will update.

I always take my battery pack whenever I'm going out for long periods. It's especially useful on holiday or if going to events. It's portable, easy to use and has enough capacity to charge my smart phone (Samsung galaxy s23 ultra) 3 or 4 times. The charging speed is fast charging but not ultra fast charging. I had an issue with my power bank after a few months of use but customer service was very good and they swiftly resolved my issue.

Initially, it worked OK, but after being used and recharged 10 times, it no longer charges at all. It is less than 5 months old and is now useless. There does not seem to be any way to get support
