How high can this raise

It has 2" casters, so that's how high off the floor it will be. The CPU tower will sit up another .75". Also, FYI, it's designed for really big CPU towers (like those Powerspec Gaming PCs), so if you're putting a regular size tower on it (7" X 16"), you'll want to lay an 8" X 19" piece of wood or something on the stand first, otherwise the tower will barely sit on the corner pieces that hold it, and will be unstable. I personally added a bungee cord as well,around the top and bottom of the the tower, for added stability.

Hi , The size of steel tubing is length : 15.7Inch, width: 7.5inch, but the size of computer tower stand is adjustable, so it can accept the size( length between 21.3-17.5inch, width: between13.4-7.5inch), the steel tubing is very hard, the height: 0.5inch, Bearing capacity 50 kg is ok.

I dont know how much it weighed but this stand is extremely flimsy.
