Comes deflated without a pump
Ball works good and holds air pressure very well. Lucky for me I had a hand pump which easily inflated the ball which is delivered almost totally without any air inside. I note that the place I go for therapy has multiple balls just like my new ball I got for my home.

Good quality exercise/therapy ball
Good product with easy to read and follow instructions. This is a very sturdy exercise ball that should only be used as that. It was not replacing my smaller yoga ball.

Durable and good sizing
Very well made. The size they suggest for my kid (who has ADHD) works well. He often uses it as a seat while watching TV. He likes to bounce up and down on it.

Just a Ball
It is just a ball. No instructions, no pump. There is a tape that I presume is used to measure something as you fill the ball. But, the tape is not close to the size of the ball in any dimension and without instructions it is useless. We blew the ball up...it is round and holds air.

The perfect exercise ball for a short person. The included exercises are very useful. Overall it is a great product.

NO ball plug included
A ball plug was not included. A pump is not included (we have one from another ball). I needed the ball, so I ordered a plug from another vendor. What a pain.
