It's not too stable. Build quality isn't amazing. I worry just the tiniest amount about it falling over but it works fine. It clamps well to my desk. It has enough maneuverability to get my mic where I want it. You know you're not buying the best option but it works just fine.

This is a great value and a big space saver. It's a bit clunky because you have to unscrew every elbow to adjust the angle. It also does not work on all keyboards/stands. The clamp only opens to 2.5". Once you get the right combination, though, it's a real gem. I recommend the "liquid stands" keyboard stand, pictured.

I'm the host of a top-500 podcast and when people see my setup through the webcam, they are always blown away by how professional it looks. When I tell them it is really all just an inexpensive Amazon mic stand and arm, they are shocked! I've sold a ton of these just from people seeing how great it looks. Quality is great, they last for years and I just can't imagine buying another brand.

It's exactly what I needed and wanted. The range of motion could be a bit better tho.Other than that, completely perfect! (To be clear, the ROM is just as described, just not my complete package)For the price tho, this is completely worth it!

Moves kinda stiff. Creaks a lot. Get this if you need one for cheap, but if I were you, I would look to spend $10 or $20 more to get something a bit more solid.

The media could not be loaded. Whenever possible I choose Amazon Basics mainly because you get great value for your dollar, and up to this point, they have not failed me. There way better quality microphone desk arms out there, but they are over priced. When buying items like this I way in on what it is that I need it to do and then I place a value on it. This microphone desk arm is not the sexiest but it does exactly what I needed without breaking the bank.

I could not get this to attach to my Juno keyboard and stand no matter what I did, and it didn't seem to hold the mic stable when it was attached to other things, either. I ended up buying a SHURE mic stand that works much better for my purposes.
