AK Interactive Terrain 250ml Concrete

Super easy to apply, the pot was bigger than I had expected, maybe 1/3 the height of a 330ml coke can.I've never used anything like this before so didnt know what to expect, but after applying it to some polystyrene I had shaped to look like a pillar, I was really impressed with the end effect, I used a metal tool for clay modelling, they often get sold for modeling Green Stuff as well, the end effect was amazing. Not only does it harden into a nice shell, its texture and appearance really make it look like genuine concrete. If it werent for the fact its so light, it could be mistaken for a real concrete bar.I even used it as a mortar for some very small, 5mm clay bricks to see how it would work to hold them together, attached them to some slate and a wooden lollypop stick as a backing. Its worked really well and looks perfect. Very happy with the buy.

It takes longer to dry but creates a realistic concrete effect.It's nice and thick which means having to either exaggerating details on the foam or working details into the dried paint.I should note this stuff murders brushes in a way the others ones I've tried. Has created some decent 'dry brush' brushes.

Did a little test on some MDF , let it dry then got my ruler and tools out and it now looks like the pavement outside. Does exactly what you expect, makes %^*^ look like concrete. loads of it in the tub too. just use a spreader. I used a stiff bit of cardboard and it was fine.

It’s best to see the video on how to apply this paint as you can get inconsistent results. For example the Ashfalt road surface finish on mine turned out to look like rough black Matt paint, perhaps I had put it on too thick but by sanding down the finished surface with a fine grade paper, I managed to get it right.

Great product easy to use looks great on dioramas

works great as concrete, or even a lightly textured floor, works really well for putting over other materials to make them look like rock, and cost to amount you get is way better than other leading texture products

I’ve been a miniature model painter for years and scenery has always been a labour of love, but with this it’s become a joy to do.!I apply with a brush, once dry I can drybrush over it and get the effects I want with little trouble, in short the product is easy to use and recommend

Goes along way more than than the tub looks add bit water and looks.better goes further
