This 4300, dual fuel unit has some great features, and they all work as stated. I tested the unit at 1500 watts as it is in its break in period. The information display showed voltage, watts, hertz, hours per use and total hours run. I did fuel transfer between LPG and pump fuel. The noise level was at 57db at 50 feet. It ran my RV's 15k btu AC unit and the microwave together no issues. I did creep above the 1500 watt limit I set for a minute of that test.The first unit I got had a problem during testing and after contacting A-iPower support, they determined that it needed to be sent to repair and they did that on their dime. It was then determined that a replacement unit was in order. Support kept me informed of shipping details and called me to verify I had received the replacement.You wonder why I gave 5-star review? I don't fault a company for a faulty unit. It happens. It's how that company remedies the situation that makes the difference. A-iPower did a great job in that regard and they have a great product in the 4300 generator. I will update if needed as I put this generator to more use.Sincerely, Matt

It's supposed to be ready to go out of the box. I received it when I was told I would but, it wouldn't start. The smell of old gas was very noticeable. I assume it was tested with 10% ethanol gas and sat on the shelf for several months. The plug was getting spark but I pulled until my back was sore and nothing. I switched to propane and it would start on that and run but when I turned the propane off it shut down. It's supposed to automatically switch to gas but it wouldn't. I bought a "dual fuel" and not a propane only. I hope anyone who buys this in a moment of need doesn't have the same result. For over $800 I expected better.

Good power easy to use only wish access to oil fill was easier you have to unscrew side panel.An easy open access panel would be a plus! Other than that it’s a great product.

The generator ships without oil in the engine. A bottle of oil is included. After adding the oil, I pull the rope a couple of times slowly to get the oil to move around a little, and then I pulled 3 or 4 times and it started right up. Theere is a 5 hour break-in period which I just completed over 4 days. The generator starts easily every time, the controls are easy to understand. I ships with cord adapters for 30A plus light gauge jumper cables to trickle charge a battery and a 2-port USB charger. Everything was very well packaged. As of today, I'm very happy. I'll update as I get more info, but right now this is a highly recommended product.

Handle never worked

The generator arrived ahead of schedule. It was carefully packaged. After adding the included motor oil and connecting the propane, it started right up. I highly recommend this generator.

Recieved the generator today. I was excited to use it for the weekend so i started the break in process. After 45 minutes there is a blinking yellow light. The generator shut off. I referred to the manual. Yellow light means this generator needs to be looked at by a technician. Thats after 45 minutes using it outside. There is no way of me fixing this myself. This worries me because i want to use this to power items in my trailer. Definitely make sure you get a good generator before taking it out. Im going to contact support, depending on how fast and effeiciently they can fix this issue, i will update my review.

Great for the price ran it 36 hours straight and did great.
