Trust Amazon!
I am not a wealthy person and cannot afford to buy a new expensive computer every time a motherboard or other component goes out. I have found that the refurbished computers supported by Amazon are the best quality at the best value.

a OK machine.
The specs are not bad at all considering the price, however; It does have a VGA port and also two other "display" ports but that doesn't mean you can run with two or three monitors at the same time.According to Dells customer support, this machine requires a additional graphic card in order to hook tow or even three monitors.Problem is, this machine is not a standard size, it requires a low profile video card. Most video cards comes with three ports; 1xVGA, 1xDVI, and 1xHDMI but if you switch the plaque to the low profile, it will give you space for only two ports which are DVI and HDMI so keep that in mind if you're planning to use more than one monitor. My machine seems to have a problem with the built in NIC card. It lags time to time even transfering files from the same network. While transfering files, sometimes it will just stop entirely and will stay like that for longer than 30secs and then resume which becomes pretty anoying after a few times the same thing happens over and over again. it's not only transfering files but everything that relates with the NIC card, including internet activity.I've downloaded different driver versions for the built in NIC card but that doesn't seem to help much.I ordered a PCIe NIC card and willl test with that, see if it can fix the problem. Will post update after trying. When I opened the CD drive, it was very dirty, but that doesn't bother me because who uses CD drive nowadays anyways.Case is clean, no scratches or dent. little dirty but can be cleaned easily. The machine does not have wi-fi built in, they send you a USB wireless dongle.Comes with keyboard and mouse. not the best but works for me.Update: added a new NIC card and now I don't have any networking/internet problems. runs very smooth.I've also added a new video card but since there's only two slots available and I have used one for the NIC card, it allows me to use just two monitors. If the built in NIC was working fine, I could've used the 2nd slot for the 3rd monitor output that came with the video card I purchased. bummer.Update2: Someone told me the display ports works just fine. So went I brought a monitor/cable and tried it. WORKS.didn't need to get that extra video card. Screw Dell support.

Fantastic
Okay, it's mfg. date is 2013, but know what your buying. I needed this machine for my surveillance software and streaming cameras. This was the ticket. I had a new Win 7 64 bit, 4gb RAM, Dual core 2.8ghz processor, and it ran with the CPU at 80 to sometimes 100% maxed out. Now with this machine, the same software is running at a cool 20 to 26%.On with the review...The packing was very nice, see the photo. To my surprise, it included a keyboard and a mouse. I thought I was buying a bare bones PC. My first dismay was that it said processor i5 (photo) on the front panel sticker. However, looking the PC properties (photo) it is in fact an i7 processor, just like advertised. I don't know how that happened, but that's good. Opening the side panel, it is very clean indeed. Runs quiet and smooth. I don't know what the price is now, but I paid $239 and what a buy. Windows 10 pro, 16gb RAM, quad core i7 processor, 2TB real HDD. I say real HDD because mechanical HDD's are more reliable than SSD's, so the old 3.5HDD is still preferred for now. The CA on the panel says 'Windows 10 PRO, for refurbished PC's. I've never seen that before. I've built many OEM machines myself, but never saw this. It must be some deal worked out with Microsoft. It came with a WI-Fi dongle too. WHAT! No monitor! (just kidding).

Buyer Beware!!! Deal with Vendor through Amazon if You Have Problems with Your Order
I purchased 9 refurbished Dell Optiplex 7010 Desktop Computers on January 28, 2020. Two of the 9 did not work upon receipt. The power light was flashing yellow and didn't turn on. When I called, they emailed me two prepaid labels and sent two new computers, no questions asked, even before receiving the two computers I was returning. Although I was disappointed with the computers not working, Tekrefurbs replaced them with no questions asked. Between March and April 23, 2020, we had one more computer failure with a flashing yellow light, and one was replaced twice with computers that didn't work upon arrival. I'm left with 2 non-functioning computers: one with the yellow flashing light and one that says "rear fan failure" (which was received that way). Tried to contact Tekrefurbs at least six times over a period of several weeks. I finally contacted Amazon in July and was told because I dealt directly with Tekrefurbs instead of going through Amazon, Amazon had no record of anything that happened and there wasn't anything Amazon could do but attempt to contact the seller on my behalf. I understood there was nothing Amazon could do because of no paper trail. I appreciate the offer by Amazon to contact the seller. The response I received from the seller was that the warranty had expired.Bottom line: Deal with any vendor through Amazon. NEVER buy from TekRefurbs. Ask questions when buying refurbished computers from anyone regarding the warranty. I never imagined that one of the computers that were originally purchased would be replaced within the 90-day warranty period twice (for a total of 3 computers) for that workstation.
