The media could not be loaded. Let me say, I have put a LOT of furniture together in my life, from Walmart to IKEA and more. This furniture is top notch for "assemble yourself" furniture. The dresser is not only stylish, it is sturdy and seems built to last. I'm writing a very detailed review, because I probably would have purchased this quicker if I had more real world information as to the specifics I will include. So, buckle up!Delivery: the package was delivered by UPS who refused to come down my driveway and left the package at the mailbox on the road (my driveway is 1/4 mile long but I've never had this problem before). Needless to say I was perturbed, but I was able to get it in the house with some help - NO THANKS TO UPS!!! You will need a partner to lift this box as it feels like a box of bricks.Unboxing: this dresser was packaged VERY well with styrofoam and foam wrap. Pieces are nestled inside of each other and the layout is well thought out for shipping. All pieces arrived in excellent condition, no scratches, dings, or discoloration. No broken or cracked pieces, and all of the hardware was accounted for. Beware - the parts and the hardware might look intimidating as you are pulling them out and you may wonder why you bought this #%$? in the first place, but trust me - press forward!Assembly: This will take a minimum of 2 hours to complete. I did it solo, so a partner may shave off some of the build time. My first suggestion is to get in a good mood and stay in a good mood. Patience and focus will pay off. Work in an uncluttered space and lay out all of the parts. I put all drawer parts together and all frame parts together. I also laid out the hardware in order so I wouldn't have to hunt and peck for it. I have good countertop space so I was able to install the slides to the 3 panels and build all of the drawers standing up, which saved my back and knees from crawling around on the floor. I absolutely LOVE the fact that there is a video that shows assembly from start to finish, as well as a detailed instruction manual. When I had questions from the manual, I just checked out the video and the two made it pretty easy to follow. One caveat - the center board of the dresser is the one place where you need to make sure you build it correctly for all of the drawers to glide seamlessly. The white drawer slides are marked CL & CR (cabinet slides) and DL & DR (drawer slides). Make sure you know which is which and where they go. Take extra time to look at the directions for the center board before starting (can't stress it enough). This is actually the "hardest" part of putting this together. After building the center board and one side board, I built one drawer to make sure everything was correct! Also pay close attention to the drawer numbers and the way the handles are attached. (You can thank me later ;). The cam lock system makes this really easy to assemble, and the furniture is sturdy enough to use a power drill for the screws and cam lock screws! Yay! Use a handheld screwdriver to lock the cams in place. I made a mistake on one side of the center board with the slides which had me worried that the holes would be too big to screw into again, or the screws would get stripped. Thankfully the screws went back into the holes like it was the first time and all of the hardware fit very tight. They did provide extra fasteners just in case. I was not short of any piece. The metal bars at the bottom and the sides really make the dresser even more sturdy and are easy to install as well. I love that the backing goes on with screws and not nails, which also makes assmbly easy and much quicker.Completion: once the frame was done, the back panels screwed in and the drawers inserted, this sucker is a beautiful beast (and still heavy!). You will definitely need a partner to move it into place, unless you remove all drawers first. I was able to move the dresser without the drawers fairly easily, so if it's just you, no worries - you can do it!Final thoughts. I absolutely love this dresser! It's unique and, to me, the fluted drawer front with the circle reminds me of a minimal ArtDeco flare which is one of my favorite styles. Looking at all of the included parts, and then the final results, I'm feeling a real sense of accomplishment! The drawers are pretty deep, and they each have a stabilizing board in the center at the bottom, so that the bottom board of the drawer will not just fall out or sag (there was a very thoughtful designer/engineer on this project). It comes with anti-tip straps, but if you open one drawer at a time and you don't have little crumb snatchers (children) in the home, you can probably skip that step. I searched high and low for an appealing dresser. Preassembled was waaaay too expensive and most other "assemble yourself" furniture either looks cheap, is built cheap or both! This one definitely features quality and value. Overall, I am VERY satisfied with this purchase, so of course I ordered the shorter 6-drawer (3x3) matching dresser as well which I have not put together yet. Time for me to get in a good mood again! I really wanted the taller 6 drawer version with two drawers on top, and four single drawers below, but it was out of stock at the time of purchase. I would absolutely buy that one too, but I already have two dressers and three may be overdoing things. I give it 5 stars because it is worth it in my opinion.If you have looked at this dresser and wondered should I, shouldn't I...Just stop torturing yourself and buy it! I dont think you will regret it!

Dresser is gorgeous! Doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy. The drawers have a good depth to hold a lot of things. It was a time to put together solo but the video along with the instructions made it not so bad. Well worth the money. Definitely recommend !!

It took me 9 hours with breaks to put this together. But I also have RA. All the parts and pieces were all there and were delivered undamaged. Literally you are building not only the shell of the dresser, but each drawer from scratch. The instructions were very clear and you should begin by making sure all parts are there first. Lay themout and get organized. I did this with no drill but probably should have had one. - It does come with a dual purpose screw driver as well- as some parts are so delicate that you probably shouldn’t use a drill at times. Put together with care, take your time. And no matter what -do not tilt or bend a screw as that will hinder the dressers sliding seamlessly. I recommend a professional to put it together.I do love the finished product. Height and width and color or true.

So I put this entire unit together by myself with a screwdriver. It does suggest a small power tool and if I had this to do over again, I would not have done this just with a regular hand screwdriver. I would have gotten a small electric screwdriver to put this together. If you were putting this together by yourself, this unit does take a fair amount of time to put together. I would say it took me at least three hours to complete this entire project. The dresser is very sturdy and when put together is nearly 110 pounds of total weight. My suggestion is look through the entire set of instructions before you begin, and then look through them a second time. Some of the instructions on this dresser are not at all completely clear, but if you read through them, visualize how the dresser is supposed to be put together then it becomes fairly intuitive. My last piece of advice is put one drawer together completely so that you understand how it should be done and how it will fit into the finish product. Don’t follow the step-by-step procedure in the handbook which is to build one side of the dresser on each one of the drawers, my suggestion is put one dresser drawer together completely. Make sure it fits in and make sure you understand how you’re supposed to complete that.

I recently purchased this dresser, and I must say, I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the service I received. The product did not meet my expectations because it had missing parts , assembly instructions weren’t clear nor did my pieces match the ones in the videos. When it was time to drill the back panels on I had to make my own holes because there were none on the one i ordered , so that was a hassle in itself.In addition to the product issues, the customer service experience was frustrating. I reached out for assistance on the missing pieces and assembly frustrations. I was given a $20 “refund” ( don’t know how $20 was supposed to be a great reimbursement) and supposedly was going to be sent the two pieces that were missing and i have yet to receive them.Overall, I expected a much higher standard of quality and support. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves both their products and their service moving forward. I will not be purchasing from them again and would like my FULL refund

Nice, but it’s too much work to put together. Durability seems pretty solid, but time will tell on that.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well made this dresser is. It was easy to put together (I did it all by myself) would definitely buy more pieces of this collection if needed. The only problem I had was with the color. Definitely appears more gray in pictures, in person it’s more brownish
