The listing clearly showed a lamp with a dimming feature and a timer function, something I specifically needed for my bedside table. What arrived, however, was a basic lamp with a simple on/off switch. No dimming, no timer, nothing.This isn't an isolated incident either. It feels like every other time I order something from Amazon, there's a significant discrepancy between the product description and what actually lands on my doorstep. It's incredibly disappointing and frankly, a complete waste of my time and money.The misleading product information isn't just inconvenient; it's eroding my trust in the platform. I rely on product descriptions and images to make informed decisions, and when those turn out to be inaccurate, it makes the entire online shopping experience feel like a gamble.This night lamp, in its basic, featureless form, is not what I paid for and doesn't meet my needs at all. It's going straight back, and I'm seriously reconsidering how much more of this inconsistency I'm willing to tolerate from Amazon.
