The media could not be loaded. No carrying or buying logs to go camping. Clean and easy to use. Gives great heat and looks good.We use it at home in the garden in winter and take it to our caravan for the spring/ summer.So simple. You must use dry wood pellets (cat litter) , and a firefighter to start it off !! Takes 10 minutes to get going and then gets hotter and hotter .Love it.

The media could not be loaded. It blew up and the glass went everywhere and I'm waiting for some one to pick it up so I can get my money back.

Need cover if used under pvc roof

Great burner provides ample heat output when going and lights up the area well. However the only drawback is that the hot ash fall straight out the front of the burner onto the floor. Easily remedied with a small metal bucket to catch the ash.

Brilliant looks great, yes some embers fall on floor but it's on slabs so no issues.

Unfortunately on first use child knock one of the feet slight it fell over and smashed absolutely everywhere.Looked good for 10 minutes

Arrived on time safe and sound.Well worth the money.

Works great to start with, although produces very little heat so wouldn’t describe as a patio heater, it does look appealing though. However after being lit for a short period, despite being full of wood chips, the flame reduces significantly to about 3 inches. Waste of money and wood chips - avoid.
