Eyes/mouth rips easily
About 1 size to big not skin tight as it needs to be. Thin skin around the eyes and mouth corners tears pretty easily if not very careful. Doesn't take makeup as well as it should.

Decent, surprisingly thick androgynous silicone mask
This is pretty decent and will work for the project I have were I need a headform with a low Shore A hardness for testing purposes. Without makeup, the face is fairly androgynous, which is fine for my needs. The exterior head circumference is 23 inches, meaning it will be snug if your head circumference is 23 inches. The chin is somewhat prominent, and also has very thick silicone, perhaps a 1/4" thick. The top of the head is equally thick. So if you wear this as a mask, expect it to be warm. The silicone left a smudge on my desktop - I don't know what that means about the kind of silicone or if it is a mold release agent or what. But I wasn't expecting it to leave a mark. I'm a bit concerned about that as I don't want to contaminate my skin or the items to be tested on the headform. For people who will be using it as a mask, there is a fair amount of flash at the seam lines. And the eye fold makes it a bit tricky to actually blend your eyes into this mask. And the skin is very smooth. Under magnifying glass there might be a little bit of texture, it's not shiny except in spots. So it's sort of like skin.

Very well constructed Silicone Mask
The media could not be loaded. The CRRCLSY Silicone realistic head mask is a surprisingly well-constructed piece that is appropriately heavy (meaning they didn't scrimp on materials) and easy to put on. While it is described as being a "beautiful woman" I see it more as generic and genderless, which actually works for my purposes. The Cons:1) There is a noticeable seam running up the neck, the ears and all across the top of the head. Wearing a wig is sure to cover up most of this so that is not too egregious, and on the ears the seam is right at the edge helping it to blend in better.2) The eyes are going to take some time figuring out. Granted I doubt the mask was intended for my big head. When wearing the mask, the way the eyes are situated tends to force one or the other to close. I may have to do some careful trim of the eye areas to alleviate that situation. The Pros:1) As silicone masks go this one is very well built, as I've already mentioned. The listing gives an expectation of being able to stretch 1.5 times without risk of tear, which I believe, although have no reason to do so.2) Can go over big heads as well as normal or small. As you can see in the video this thing does fit over my noggin, and honestly putting it on and taking it off were much quicker and easier than I anticipated. Using a corn-starch powder or some similar powder will likely make that easier, but in all honestly, I was pleased with how well it performed. Finally, as you can see from the video, the mouth is mildly articulated but the effect is not naturalistic. Overall, the mask fits into the "uncanny valley" school of "it's realistic looking it's just not realistic looking". Still, for performance purposes (I intend to use mine in a short film about an android character, making that aspect absolutely necessary) it should be effective, and adaptable to different looks with application of wigs and makeup. All told, if this is your thing, it's a good mask. Just not as feminine I think as some of the audience is looking for.
