It's a nice looking machine in the piano black gloss finish. Don't let the plastic casing put you off, it's nice and sturdy although there is one small issue, the tank cover flies off when you try to slide it across a counter and it's actually quite heavy when full of water, the recessed edges could be a bit longer. Otherwise it's very efficient at what it does as long as you remember to turn it off when you use the double press for a larger cup or mug. The dispensed water is always nice and hot for a cup of tea/coffee and it is nice and quiet when dispensing unlike some others. Overall, a good buy.Edit: Well, after many spills because I like a mug of tea rather than a cup, I've decided to move this machine from the wife's kitchen to MY workshop. In the meantime I have bought a Breville Brita filter machine for the kitchen. I still like this machine even though I wish it did automatic mug sizes.

I got this to replace a well known brand one and was thrilled to find it was even better, it heats to a full 100 degrees, it's speed of boiling is very fast nice need design looks good on your worktop without taking up much space, holds a lot of water which means your not constantly filling, however I would suggest filling with a jug, rather than taking the whole unit to your sink.

Wow can't believe is brilliant as boils mega quick, not too bulky, nice sleek design for a hot water dispenser, I want to buy another for the kitchen as we have got hot water dispenser in our utility room.

So much easier than a kettle for hot drinks. Also use if I need boiling water for cooking, does take time to come out of the spout but I still wouldn’t go back to a kettle! Highly recommend.

I love this hot water dispenser so easy to use with a large capacity water holding tank. It's so quiet when running as opposed to the Brevil which I have replaced with the Cookspace. The option to have more water than the 1 cup is great. Delivery was really quick also well packed.
