Nice price! Great quality! Proof is in the pudding that this one stands above the rest!
Exactly what I needed in my bedroom with faux hardwood floors (laminate) that creak and sound like the downstairs ceiling is about to split open. The house was built in 1988 and I weigh 176 lbs. So, it's not me breaking the floors.I had a feeling getting a 12" Polk PSW12 paired with my surround sound setup upstairs in the master bedroom would probably rattle the ceiling for anyone chilling in the living room trying to watch TV (older and weaker sound system muahahaha).Figured I wouldn't mind the wife yelling at me or texting me to turn the volume down. Two or three times, no problem. Then, I'm trying to watch John Wick one night. Marilyn Manson did a killer job with the soundtrack to a bad*** movie. Well, with the heavy bass notes and drum beats dropping nearly the entire movie which I thought was awesome...I had to turn the subwoofer completely off and even adjust the individual channel volume of my Elac B6 rear surround speakers, DefTech ProMonitor 800s for the middle down-firing Dolby Atmos ambience (worth every minute of my research and every dime spent from my savings), DefTech 1000s for the top-front left and right surround speakers, as well as the Klipsch Reference RF-250C center channel beast. When she was finally satisfied with the level of reverb from upstairs, I found out later that the side-firing Polk PSW12 subwoofer was the primary annoyance. Can you imagine if Ihad gone with even a 10" down-firing subwoofer? She'd probably vandalize my speakers in my sleep!I love listening to music, movie soundtracks, and anything encoded with Dolby Atmos now that I have my setup...but I can't crank her up unless my better half is running errands, working, out of the house, etc.Thank goodness my 8-month-effort in 2016 building-out this Dolby Atmos 7.1.2 man-made hasn't gone to waste!I came across these sound / bass dampeners after I left reviews for the speaker system I ordered last year and read the reviews. Compared the ratings to the cheaper and more expensive brands, but had a hunch these would do the trick for my subwoofer driving my wife nuts. Worked like a charm. Enhanced the bass so I can hear the notes more clearly from within the bedroom, but it's about as loud downstairs as someone tip-toeing around on the laminate hardwood flooring. Noticeable, but her Polk PSW10 - 10" sub now annoys me more often than I annoyed her. Gonna have to get another set or two =-DApplications:Side-firing subwoofers, down-firing subwoofers, 12" or 10" in size - doesn't matter. Even loud floor-standing speakers will benefit from a set of these babies. I think I'll put some under my computer which rests on top of a laptop cooler and my Pioneer Elite receiver - adequate ventilation. Conclusion:Great invention - the material and design are quintessential to the top notch end result post-installation.A foam or synthetic rubber pad under the entire surface area of the sub would not have worked as well as these dampeners.Take my word for it. I installed DynoMat inside cars and trucks in my teens for the sound-enhancing, reverb and vibration reduction / elimination effect they provided people with upgraded sound systems who reported rattling sounds from their inner car door, dash, or trunk lid / pickup truck bed resembling silver bubble wrap style sunshades for cars

Absolutely amazing with one big drawback.
The feet do not attach as well as they need to be for casual moving and handling. The larger foot size creates more distance from the screw and thus creates more leverage to sideways pressure on the screw which can cause it to fail. They come with a warning about casual handling and moving the subwoofer because the feet become more vulnerable to being torn off the subwoofer or broken and so on. Other than that, this is a must buy for any serious home theater user.My 1400-watts peak performance BIC PL300 subwoofers really love these new rubber feet but the screw used to attach the stock rubber feet is very small in comparison to the ones here. I had to very carefully move them into place. I do not want anything to bump into them either as the very relatively small screws will literally be screwed is the wood breaks. This is because the larger the screw size the weaker the wood around the screw is. Thus, the wood around a larger screw would have wood that breaks or flakes easer which is only offset by the larger screw thread volume on the wood. All else makes the new rubber feet for the subwoofer a no brain winner. The sound is much better and clearer, especially with less rattling and rumbling as the house shakes with the music. It is quieter outside and much louder and clearer inside while running more efficiently under less stress. When the subs run smoother, the less they fatigue less and push loud and clearer with less effort. Win win win win.Go buy these now but be careful installing the rubber feet and handling them afterwards or they will brake off too easily to work to the oem standards of durability you would expect for a commercially made product. My 5,000 watts of home theater never sounded this good before and my neighbors have to be loving it too. They say that I live in the house of a thousand drums.

Excellent at reducing vibration/noise and clarifying bass frequencies.
These were very easy to install and dramatically reduced vibration of my sound woofer and the associated noise. The bass in my surround system now sounds clearer and cleaner and my wife is happier now that the room shakes a little less.

A must for all mid to high end subwoofers
I didn't reallize how crappy my subwoofer feet were before installing these! The reason I bought these is that my installation has the subwoofer on ceramic tile flooring. The original feet on my Rel subwoofer would literally jump and emit a cracking sound when calibrating- as the subwoofer vibrations were reaching the floor through the feet. My thought is that it was messing up the calibration. When removing the original feet I came to realize that even in a high end subwoofer - the feet is one area of cost cutting- the original ones were very basic- light and cheaply built- even the screw was plastic. This SVS kit- quite a different creature- heavy, solid and well built. An indeed- after installing these - bass is now more controlled and overall with better sound- the sub does not walk around; vibrations are those of the woofer and not the feet- wich is just as it should be. Highly recommended. These are very solid/heavy and comes with several mounting options. It is very likely it will fit most sub woofers. Rated 4 stars as it is relatively expensive for what it is. I was skeptical when ordering- even got some buyer's remorse while it shipped. But it really worked and worth the investment. There are other options like insulated stands- but this option IMO is cleaner and simpler.
