I recently purchased this birdbath, and it has quickly become a lovely addition to my garden. The turquoise teal color with vintage weathered accents gives it a charming, antique look that stands out beautifully in my outdoor space. The ceramic material feels sturdy and well-made, and it has held up well against the elements so far. I also appreciate the wide, shallow bowl, which allows multiple birds to safely drink and bathe at the same time. The base is solid and keeps the birdbath steady, even during windy days, which gives me confidence that it won’t easily tip over. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase. It adds a lovely touch to my yard, and the birds seem to love it too.

I just ordered this for the second time. The first one lasted over five years when I lived in Florida. The base broke during a storm and I continued to use the bowl. When I moved back to Maryland the bowl broke due to freezing and thawing. Since it’s ceramic it is a bit fragile but so attractive that I thought it was worth replacing. It may be a good idea to bring it inside in the winter if you live in a place where it freezes.

I purchased this birdbath two summers ago, and as other reviewers have mentioned, it started crumbling when the weather got a little colder and wet.I contacted Alpine who requested I send pictures which I did and they promptly responded that they would send me a new one free of charge as soon as their backstock was filled. They said it would be January and sure enough, and late January a box showed up and it was my new birdbath. Well the birdbath is pretty fragile and not really something. You would leave out your round if you have four seasons like we do in Washington state, it’s adorable and the company is amazing. I bring mine in when the weather becomes inclement and leave it on my covered patio and it’s still looks like new. I put it back out in spring (no more threats of freezing weather) and so far so good! I would recommend just make sure you don’t leave it out in winter.

Exactly what I was hoping for. Weight is proper to hold up nicely. Finish is beautiful. Looks great out in the yard. I highly recommend.

Very happy with our alpine birdbath. We returned another brand where the quality seemed less than expected quality.Very happy will the with and appearance.Also prompt customer service !

I am giving this product 5 Stars because the customer service was very helpful. You cannot return this item through Amazon. You must speak with a member from the actual company. The product is a bit top heavy and the narrow base does not provide the bath full support. So my first bird bath started wobbling when the birds would land on it. I thought it was due to uneven ground but lo and behold a part of the heavy top had fallen off. I reached out to customer service and they immediately replaced it with a second one. This one has similar issues but so far the top pieces has not come undone. I honestly think the make of the birdbath isn’t great… the base obviously needs to be larger to provide true support to the top half but for now I am content. When the second bath becomes unstable - I will try a different type of bird bath.

I wanted this bird bath to put with my potted plants up by my front porch- it was so pretty; however, it’s so light & it’s ceramic & a neighbor’s cat rubbed against it & it fell over & broke into a zillion pieces! Didn’t even have it that long!! Not worth what we paid for it!

Love this little birdbath so much. I have it set up in my front yard Rose garden, and I always get so many compliments on it by passersby. The birds also love to come and visit. Very easy to put together and seems to be very sturdy, extremely heavy heavy.

Bought as a present for my friends. Wasn't even cold enough for frost when pieces started breaking off. My friends were too embarrassed to tell me until they brought it out of the garage after winter and I noticed some glue. It's very deep so IF you buy it you will need to put large pebbles in it to enable the small birds to drink.

Have to change my review - This bird bath literally crumbled and fell apart over the winter. Total waste of money for me! Only had it in the yard for 6 months. Terrible.
