Phone is OK but it freezes up and we have to pull battery out all the time. I'm sad because I read all the reviews and people liked the phone a lot. We can not hear it ring either.

Company should inspect phones before stripping them out !
I bough this phone to take with me to jamaica. The reason I got it is because it was said to be waterproof. Well when I got it i notice one of the screws was broken in the back and if this screw is not is not tight then there is no seal to keep the water out . Waterproof NO! That was purpose buying it. It did work but I was disappointed.
