Love it!! Amazing price for quality bed including headboard and mattress. The grey fabric looks elegant with nice gem details on headboard for a little soupçon of bling! Mattress is about 8.5-9 inches thick. Quite firm and very comfy (in my opinion!).Easy to assemble (myself and daughter - not DIY-ers!). No instructions but pretty self explanatory. Attach headboard to wooden stick things (4 screws; 2 each side), slot wood things into 2 screw things at head of bed, push chrome-effect feet (x8) into bases, join 2 bases together (metal thing and screw at either side) and add mattress!!Mattress comes full size sealed in plastic (not vacuum packed or rolled) so ready straight away (bit of challenge to manoeuvre upstairs though!).Large drawer at foot of bed for storage.Delivery was 3 days after order. Great communication. Received email with 4 hr delivery slot day before. Was bit late to arrive but not a problem- driver rang to let me know he was on his way and was friendly and helpful (and somehow managed to singlehandedly unload it all and bring into house carefully, smiling and making it look easy!).Very happy with purchase in all respects.

Supplier was very accommodating with my delivery details as needed urgently . Was surprised to see one little man delivering bed on his own . Bed looks good value for money I’d pay the price alone for the mattress let alone the base and headboard too . Very good . Could only have been better if 2 delivery drivers who carried upstairs .

Bed arrived a couple days before was due,had text messages phone calls to update deliver times,such a comfortable bed so very pleased with it,the delivery guys were realy nice carried up the stairs,highly recommend this bed

I bought this for my Mum who is in an assisted living home. She has problems with her back and the mattress is unbelievably comfortable. When she saw it she said it's like something the Queen has ! It's totally changed her room. Its superb quality and looks beautiful. The company delivered it in super quick time as they knew I was just visiting for a short time and wanted to see it before I left. Amazing customer service !

We find the bed is overall rather flimsy material and construction.The plus side is that is that it was actually delivered a little earlier than the time slot, and customer service was good.However, we found a small hole on one of the base units. More seriously, I knelt on the base unit to adjust wall shelving before putting the mattress on top and my knee went through the surface!When fitting the headboard three bolts went in without problems, but the fourth was a little tight so we gently tried to enlarge the hole with a screwdriver tip which went right through, which meant that the last bolt can not be tightened.The mattress is comfortable and seems to be the best part of the bed.We bought it on the basis of favourable reviews and it sounded like it was good quality but we are sadly disappointed with it.We will not buy divans again

I have had this now for just over 2 months so felt I needed to update my review. Started off great but now I can see why its so cheap. The head board keeps moving down due to the cheap weak wood given and the holes used dont seem correct. But for me the main issue is the mattress. You get what you pay for I guess but after just a few days this mattress has sagged and made a U shape in it. So it now has given me back ache allready and feel the need to look for another bed after just over 2 months. Avoid this. Don't buy coz its cheap buy a bed that does the job.

I desperately needed a new bed but didn’t have a huge budget. After finding this bed on amazon and reading the reviews I decided to chance it, and placed the order. I ordered on the Tuesday and delivery was advised for the following week. However I received a delivery email on the Friday and it arrived 8am Saturday morning. Very easy to assemble. I managed it myself. It looks like a hotel bed, very plush!! Took a couple of nights to get used to the mattress but I find it very comfortable. I’m fact I struggle even more than normal to get up in the morning!

Purchased this bed based on the good reviews. Bed delivered 3 days after order by an excellent delivery man. He called 30 minutes before the delivery and then carried the units up upto the bedroom . He also refused to accept any gratuity. A real credit to the delivery service.Bed units were easy to assemble and, although probably not the most hard-waring, are certainly suitable for purpose under normal conditions. The mattress is medium-firm and very comfortable with a memory foam topping. The headboard is grey with jeweled studs and is perfectly acceptable as a general accessory. Only issue to note here is that the headboard fixing is only 2 point and that may put excessive pressure on these points if not close to a wall.
