Collections Etc Northwoods Bears Paper Towel Holder

This is adorable and I love it. The only thing we did was cut the rod down a little so it doesn’t show with the paper towel on it. It is not smooth to pull the paper towel from when it is a large roll, once a little is gone it pulls easier. It was made very well and I love it.

The small round stick attaching the small bear to the paper towel rod broke within the first 3 days. I had to super glue the small bear to the top and now unscrew the rod every time I want to put a new roll of paper towels on. Suggestion would be to put a metal rod on the small bear end to attach to the rod, instead of wood.

This is a cute paper towel holder, but is a bit clunky when you first put a large roll on it. It doesn't spin easily until about half the roll is used. Also, when it arrived new, the little bear didn't fit properly on top of the dowel, so some minor cutting was needed to make it fit.

This is so cute and fits in with my other bear items. I am concerned that the wee small dowel that holds the small bear on top may break off. It is really tiny and every time you change a roll you have to pull it out. Amazon.ca does not carry or ship this item, so I had to pay with Canadian pesos which made it very, very expensive. Had it not been Xmas, I would not have boughten it. Over $75 CAD!

Nice looking with good detail but made out of ceramic so its very fragile. Did not think it would hold up with frequent use and ended up returning to Amazon.

It’s what we wanted, very bottom needs to be flatter as it moves on the table top when pulling towels off.

We ordered this and it arrived broken. The part where the paper towels goes was broken off. The item looked as pictured and described however we were shocked how thin the material is where it was broken.We contacted Amazon as it soon as it arrived and reported the damage and requested a replacement. The replacement arrived in 2 days and the item is in one piece this time and we are pleased with it.We gave it a 3 star review due to the first one arriving damaged although the situation was corrected quickly.

This is a Great Item. Just make sure not to bend the bear on the top when taking off or it will break, first time I bought this I broke it. So bought again and it is Great. Take small bear on top straight up no bending and it does great and will last a lifetime. Very Cute. Uses smaller rolls of paper towels the best but I do use large on mine.

I have now ordered this piece twice. Both times it has been broken in shipping. It looks beautiful and I'd really like to give it as gift but, twice now, I give up. It certainly needs to be packed better. Would have been nice.
