Second time buying
I’ve had my first one since 2021 and now just bought my second one. Great product, sturdy, fits my size 7 shoes and my boyfriend’s size 13/14 shoes perfectly. Great feature to extend or shorten when moving around to different closet sizes.

Great product
The shoe rack has a very slender and sleek style to it. Which is great to fit in smaller spaces. It sits high up to 6 pairs of Jordan’s on each shelf. Maybe more depending on the size of the shoes. It also expands to be longer in length , which in my attached pics it’s expanded. Set up was brief and easy. Definitely will recommend!

Just what I needed!
This rack has revolutionized my closet organization! I read a lot of reviews before ordering this one. I don't have it all the way extended, but it allowed me to put 5 pairs of size 8 shoes on each level and underneath, giving me room for 20 pairs of shoes (on 4 rows). If I extended it, I could fit even more. The shoes don't slide on this rack (a problem I had with an old rack) and they all fit comfortably. I also think the rack is plenty sturdy and the price was right. It doesn't have a cheap feel at all in my opinion. It was very easy to assemble. I did it myself in just a few minutes. This is a good one!

Great for the price, easy to assemble.
After reading some of the bad reviews I was a little hesitant to buy this but glad I did. I had no difficulty putting this together. The end of the rods fit just fine in the holes. Not the sturdiest by any means but it gets the job done. I like that it fits perfectly in my closet, it has 4 tiers but it's not too high. Put it right up against the wall and it holds all of my shoes just fine. Love that my shoes are now organized and my closet looks clean and neat!! I've even bought another one for my bf.

Sturdy. Secure, and reliable
I needed a shoe rack for my closet to organize my shoes, get rid of boxes, and make space. I’m glad I bought this one because it fits my shoes pretty well and fits well in my closet.Assembly was easy. I found it slightly difficult to discern which side the poles were supposed to be screwed into but was able to figure it out. It is sturdy and sleek.I wear a size 11 in women and have a lot of heels. It might be kind of difficult to store the heals below the top shelf but not impossible. I don’t wear my heels all the time so no problem for me. I was able to fit 21/25 of my shoes on and under the shoe rack with the shoe rack fully expanded.Really glad I bought the metal one and happy with my purchase so far.

Where has this been all my life??
Where has this been all my life??Pros:- Really sturdy and well-made! It's nice and heavyweight, without actually being too heavy. Absolutely no fears of this getting wobbly or warped.- Expandable so you can get just the right size to fit your shoes without leaving any room unused or overused.- Just the right height - not too tall, not too short. It fits beautifully at the bottom of my closet. There's also enough room under the bottom shelf for boot boxes or another row of flats/tennis shoes.- It's crazy easy to assemble. I'm not great with assembly but this took me maybe 5 minutes. All you need is a screwdriver.Honestly? There is nothing I dislike about this!Well worth the investment!

SMOOTH SAILING ONCE YOU PUT THE RODS TOGETHER PROPERLY!
Whatever troll assembled the rods as they did when packing them def caused the most amount of issue & all of the negative reviews this product is getting.I promise it is smooth sailing and no annoying falling apart clanging to drive you nuts once you do!The rods were sent to me with one end large (2nd rod pic) and the other flat on the opposite end (3rd rod pic) so I expected it to be pretty plug and play. Right?I spent at least 10 minutes forcing the flat ended side (3rd rod pic) into the smaller shelf holes and it kept falling out (& that clanging sound truly stabs into your brain every time it falls apart). I had assembled similar products before - it’s not rocket science!- and this was enraging. I even had my bf help and even he was like “forget this crappy product.”After borderline giving up I took the rods apart, flipped them so that the flat piece (3rd rod pic) was inside and the smallest part (1st rod pic) was opposite the largest and low and behold, success! So for all you who are struggling & wondering how a shoe rack is your downfall of the day:** The flat ended part of the rod should be inside the big rod to prevent it from over expanding & coming apart! ****If the rods can separate into 2 pieces when you pull them then you need to take them apart, flip them around, putting flat ended side inside, and try again**Hope this helps someone!!The product is great, sturdy and works fabulously! I bought 2 packs and stacked 1.5 of the shelves to fit more shoes.Def recommend for smaller closets in old apt buildings :) only took off the 1 star because of the initial frustration! Def worth the $$

Not very sturdy, however a good amount of space if you are looking to store lighter shoes
First off, there were no instructions to assemble that came with the product. Once I figured out assembly on my own, it was pretty easy to put together. Directions with simple assembly instructions would have been a bit nicer though. This thing is really not suitblable for all of my heavier winter boots. The poles are flimsy and are bowing under the weight of the boots. Also the height capacity between poles is more suitable for flats and traditional sneakers, not things like hiking boots or high tops. The only thing I like is the expandable storage, and the fact that it provides a good amount of storage, the perfect width for my hall closet.

Great Shoe Rack!
While this is pricier than some other shoe racks on the market, it is super easy to assemble, relatively sturdy, and allows you to adjust the size depending on how much space you need. You can fit around 20 shoes (mens) from top to bottom. Overall, this is a great shoe rack!

Looks very neat
It is easy to install and looks good. The only thing I will complain it doesn't stand solid due to the extended pole. But it seems doing its job.

You get what you pay for. Poor workmanship
One piece of metal was jammed so had to throw one arm out. Don’t buy.
