Botanic Choice German Hair Tonic, 6-Fluid Ounce

This is an update - 04.02.13I am close to the end of this first bottle. It lasted me about 4 months (I have short hair). I decided to purchase it again as I liked it very much.Here's the thing: I just ordered TWO (2) bottles of 6oz. each for the same price as you see here. My total, with shipping, was $13.93. I am not saying Amazon is jacking the prices, because the tonic DOES cost $13. All I did was 'googled' for german hair tonic and saw a HALF off offer I could not pass.--------------------------Read Original Review Below------------------------First off, I have never used any type of tonics for my hair, but since I wanted to style it using non-chemical products, I decided to give this one a shot.Let's do this:I have short (not scalp showing), black, thin/fine abundant hair. After washing it gets puffed up, freeze if you will. I did a research on different hair tonics, online and local beauty shops, and this is the one I found on Amazon.Pros.:* Very few ingredients and organic. See p.s. below.* A small quantity is needed (keep in mind I have short hair)* It instantly gets rid of freeze and dries almost immediately.* Tames hair very well and makes it very manageable. I have no need for pomade.* It does not make hair shiny (though this may NOT be a plus for most people)* While it has a scent to it, it is not offensive nor is it strong (again, this will vary on your preferences)* Priced fairly, considering also that chemical loaded tonics are expensive as they are brand names.No Cons., but just look out for:* It has a yellowish color to it (I assume because of the Apple Cider Vinegar: 6th ingredient), so be careful NOT to apply while dressed. Not sure if it will stain clothes.* Reg. the ingredients (note from #1 above), the 7th one is 'SD Alcohol 39-B'. Now, I did my research on this one, and while it is natural, it does, or MAY have, a negative attribute; to summon it, with time it may have a dryness effect. But I also read that when concerned about ingredients on products, one MUST pay attention mainly to the first five (5) ingredients as these will be the highest in content.* They suggest one applies it twice a day, morning and evening. At the beginning I followed this, but now I only apply it once a day.I only mention this in case you are too careful with what you put onto your body. I recommend you do your research as I could not write the entire results of mine.Obviously, I made the decision to use this product and am quite content with it.I hope this helps you since they were no reviews prior to mine. =)

I rated this 3 star because i just started using the product and have not seen the result of it yet on my hair. But so far the product is okay however its drips down to my face because it is in liquid form
