I have been using galact since my delivery and it does boost the BM supply. I found it best when drink with milk right before pumping and it also tastes good.

Miracle drink for breast feeding moms!
It’s a miracle drink for feeding moms! Whenever the milk supply is low if we have a glass of this drink the milk supply will increase. It has a wonderful elachi flavor. It tastes too good! I highly recommend this drink for breast feeding moms!
