This actually does peel the skin off and works great! My only issue with it is that the lavender smell is VERY strong. I usually avoid anything lavender because it gives me headaches. But I can make do until I find one of these that comes in a different scent or has no scent at all.

I bought these after seeing great reviews, I unfortunately deal with cracked heels that sometimes get pretty thick and rough as well. I did the full 90 minutes but like it says on the packet for sensitive skin they recommend only doing 50. The tops of my feet were pretty red and irritated for a couple of days but I soaked them and rubbed cortisone cream on them and they were fine afterwards. My feet felt tight the 2nd day and by the 3rd day they were even tighter and very itchy. They started to peal on the 3rd day after I soaked them but my heels didn't peel like I was hoping and now being day 5, there's not much more pealing happening. I was hoping my feet would feel soft but it's not quite what I imagined they'd be, I'm going to wait a week and try it again.

Wow. I did not expect this to be such an ordeal. It has been a week and a half, and no end is in sight.Yes, it does, as advertised, make skin peel. But most of the skin that’s peeling is NOT what I wanted. Mostly it’s the thin, delicate skin on top of my foot or over my Achilles tendon that is peeling, and frankly I’m afraid it’ll peel off to bleeding. It just keeps going. I had imagined softening and removing layers of skin on the bottom of my feet. I had expected that it would leave my feet pretty and smooth.Nope.I currently have crocodile feet. I peel off so much skin every day. I spend more time tending to the skin on my feet than I ever have, and they still look horrifying.If you use this, please understand that it won’t give you pretty feet on a timetable. You can’t do this before going to the beach in a week. I mean, maybe it’ll work for you, but I doubt it. After a week and a half, my feet mostly look gross and I’m peeling off huge chunks and spending more time caring for them than I ever have before.If I were to try this again, I would try to figure out how to keep is off of all of the skin on my feet except for a few target areas like heels, and I’m only considering that because I got a 3 pack, and hate to be wasteful.It’s possible that you could use this product in a way that helps you, but it will take a lot of work. My hands are sore from trying to rub the dead skin off.

I pride myself on doing pedicures at home. When I used this product I thought no way am I going to have any peeling skin. Boy was I wrong. These little foot booties are awesome. I highly recommend you get them!
