Easy to use, good in broths.
Clean ingredient, no flour or gluten, good in dashi or other broth, easy to cook. I like the fact that these are bundled in little paper rings and you don't have to cut or break them like some other similar products. Just remove the ring and throw the bunch in.

I am currently on an AIP diet and these were recommended in a group. They are absolutely delicious. I boil them for 6 minutes, drain, and give them a quick rinse. If you like a chewy noodle these are for you! I eat them with a nomato sauce I made but can't wait to try them with other sauces.

Delicious And Organic
These cook up well and make a great japchae. Although I usually eat through it quickly, these noodles have stood up well to refrigeration for a few days (leftover japchae). Will continue to buy these.
