Impressive Sound Quality and value for the money!
The media could not be loaded. This is now my 3rd Comica Microphone I purchased, I have the v30 lite, the more expensive wireless lavalier and now the V30 pro, which is a huge huge step up in sound quality compared to the lite. The a bit higher price is really worth it to get better audio on your camera, i have included a sound test, it has very clear and crisp sound up to 1m away and if you stand in front of it of have it mounted above your head ( out of the frame ) it really sounds like a much more expensive podcast microphone. It has a +10 DB switch if needed, on my camera ( Panasonic G85 ) without it and even without adjusting the levels it is plenty loud. The Anti Shock mechanism is simple but works and due to its Super-Cardioid Polar Pattern it does a good job on not picking up too much noise from the side or rear, in fact when I was standing 2 meters away in my not sound dampened room, while you can hear of course some echo, it does a very good job on reducing it and picking up the voice. It is powered by 2 AAA Batteries and after using it so far a few hours, the Batteries are still ok.I have a desktop microphone for around triple the price which at the same distance actually produces worse sound then the Comica V30 pro.I am really pleased with the purchase and will use it when ever I do not use my Comica Cvm Wireless Lavalier Microphone and for outdoors, as the included Wildcat is brilliant in windy conditions.

Really clear and sharp sound
So far so good my experience with this microphone, tried few times on the exteriors and interiors using my Canon 5D Mark IV and works very well. I will mainly use this microphone in conjunction of another microphone that I purchased from Comica that you can see as well on the pictures, both of them are different in terms of size and sound quality, great quality both of them but the V30 Pro is more for a professional use in my opinion. The smaller microphone is the VM 10 II from Comica and is more kind of a vlog microphone. This one you can use it as well as a vlog microphone but somehow the sound is captured in a bigger distance. The CVM-V30 needs two AAA batteries that are not included, shame that nowadays most of the equipments that you buy online and needs some batteries are not coming with them and is the cons in my opinion. I usually dont use so much AAA batteries, is more AA batteries. Anyway rather than that is a great microphone that is worth every penny. Totally recommended as a Vlogger and Filmmaker

Don't expect too much.
Sound on my Nikon D850 is still rather poor. Of course adjusted manually to eliminate cheap DSLR pre-amp hiss and back noise. You get what you pay for. Will return it and get +20db Rode which sadly is triple the price.

Great Mic For the Price!
The media could not be loaded. This really gives the Rode Videomic Go a run for its money! It is slightly bigger than the Videomic Go and comes with a Wind Muffler (which the Videomic Go doesn't). It also has less background noise and is better at eliminating background noise. Clearer audio too - it can teach Rode a lesson or two!Good build quality and fast shipping. Also the +10 dB option is very nice to have! Videomic Go doesn't have that. Very impressed with the CVM-V30 Pro - very good value for money indeed.

A good step up from a DSLR's internal microphone.
The media could not be loaded. This microphone certainly makes an improvement on the camera's in-built microphone and the wind shield is handy protection against breezy shoots. It was very easy to connect to my camera (Nikon D5100), literally just plug in and ready to go. It's light weight and the low end roll off is a nice touch.

Very echoey
When I first tested the mic, I was happy with the sound quality but that's when I used it to record a voiceover. However, I later started to film (youtube) videos where I sit further away from the camera, and hence the mic, and then it unfortunately sounds very echoey to the point where people thought I was using the in-built camera mic. If I could, I would return the product but sadly the return period is already exceeded.

Sounds awful
I tried to connect the microphone but the sound was awful. I really don’t know if the microphone was broken or not, because o choose to return it and not trying to fix it.
