I love this liquid butter to inject turkeys. It makes it delicious and juicy. All my guests love my turkey either fried or on the oven.

Used for our turkey on Christmas Day and couldn’t be happier. The turkey was moist and delicious!

We use this every year for Thanksgiving on all our turkeys. The favor is good, w/o being too strong. The product is reasonably priced and worth it. Injecting it is very easy to do.

Everybody loves my turkey, especially my dogs! I inject mine with seasoning everywhere & as it cooks I inject with the juices as well. I don't need to baste it, because the old roasting pan does it for you. This injection has a good taste that doesn't over power.

The end product was great. Used for smoking a turkey for Thanksgiving. We also did a roasted turkey just in case since this was my first time smoking a turkey. It actually came out juicier than the roasted. Highly recommend.

Best stuff to inject into a bird

This is our favorite brand and flavor of Cajun Injector! We use it to oven bake, as well as deep fry our turkeys. The results are amazing…some of the most tender, flavorful turkey that we’ve ever had. Our guests always rave about how good it tastes and we let them know the Zatarain’s Creole Butter is the best!!

Found this product 30 years ago on the Q, and used it regularly for 15 years. Couldn't find it for awhile, creator eventually sold to Zatarain's and it was in local grocery stores for a bit. Happy to find Creole Butter is available on Amazon Subscribe&Save. Great price, and still tastes amazing, yet not overpowering. It will create the most tender chicken and salmon. (This product is also offered with an injector if you don't have one.) Use meat thick enough to inject for best flavor. Some family members don't like spicy, and this marinade alone has been a crowd pleaser for decades. I let the protein of choice marinate all day, and for those who like flavor, I sprinkle with a Cajun Shake or Creole seasoning, or Kickin' Chicken right before grilling. It's incredibly delicious!
