Timex MK1 Steel Watch - Olive

I have a small collection of affordable watches that I rotate through daily. I work construction and do general contracting side work so my hands are constantly working on some thing and I wear a watch every day.This watch in particular has quickly become one of my favorites, I absolutely love the appearance of this watch. The band is extremely comfortable and the subdued colors make it a simple yet classic design. This watch is thin and light weight, it gives you everything you need and nothing you don’t. I have been wearing it every day for about a month now and have had zero issues with it. The band is extremely comfortable and adjustable, and it seems to have no problem keeping accurate time. And for the money I think you would be hard-pressed to find a better looking watch if you are into the field watch style.I have read several reviews talking about the Crystal scratches easily, and as I said I work two jobs six days a week with my hands every day and have not noticed any scratching on the crystal yet. I don’t know what people are doing with their watches LOL. If you’re on the fence about this watch don’t be, it’s a great watch for every day use!

I got tired of the more expensive watches that always need repair and went back to Timex. Reliable and more than affordable.

40mm watch fits my 6.75" wrist well. Love the domed crystal. Easy to read dial. I have taken on several camping trips at this point with no scratches on the acrylic crystal. Great outdoor "beater watch". Second hand is not aligned with the second markers - OCD people beware. Makes a loud ticking noise like all Timex watches. Neither of these bother me. I find myself wearing this much more than my expensive watches. Very pleased with this product.

Great watch, second hand is off the marks, and the dome I swear is made of plastic. Have had the watch for 2 weeks and it's already scratched a good bit with minor use. Overall would still reccomend this watch. The indiglo is nice also.

Very nice time piece. You'd have to spend quite a bit more to receive the same quality as you do with Times if you go with a different brand.Quite a bit bigger than my 12+ years old Times Expedition that still works, but is losing a little bit of time. I guess after 12 years I shouldn't complain? I didn't. I bought another Timex!

The wristband is thinner than it looks and the glass on the watch is a little bubbly shaped. Does light up well in low light.Overall I like the watch and for the price it’s nice.

It’s my everyday watch. It’s easy to scratch but durable when it comes to being banged around. I love the dome lens, it’s my favorite feature. Very sleek.

Received it and the battery needed replacement. Went to store and picked up a replacement battery. Got the back plate off and placed the new battery inside. The back plate is extremely difficult to get back on and while trying I completely destroyed the watch. The watch is now in the garbage. If you have special tools to to get back plate back on then this is the watch for you. If you don't then I'd look elsewhere.
