Quick and easy super C
I take these caps about twice a day to effortlessly keep Vitamin C steadily in my system, and i always feel confident taking products from the Life Extension Foundation.However, whenever possible, i start the day with what i believe (but don't know for sure) is an even more effective form of Vitamin C--the Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C, Box of 30 packets, by LivOn Labs. Taking that involves squeezing the gelatinous contents of a packet into tea, coffee, or grain coffee substitute (to hide the taste) and letting it sit for 15 minutes while the alcohol preservative evaporates, then gulping it down quickly so as to taste as little of it as possible, and then quickly downing another hit of coffee or alternative taste disguiser.So, i use these caps to supplement the lipospheric form of C.

They work
Had a cold for going on two weeks and I couldn't fight it off. Taking two of these, one in the morning and one in the evening, I fought that cold off in three days. It is different then any other C vitamin and you don't just pee it out. It is absorbed much better then all the others out there. I have continued to take and will do so from now on. All vitamin C's are not the same. This is the best by far.

Good quality fast release Vitamin C.
I use this supplement as an aid to weight loss. I take it just before I do the treadmill in the morning. I think it might have made a small difference, and I'm happy. I haven't had any side effects/stomach upset with it. Also, I work with kids, and I haven't gotten sick since I've been taking this. Don't know if there is a definite connection, but I figure it can't hurt!

Its been 3 weeks I'm taking the Fast-C® with Dihydroquercetin 120 Vegitabs, 500 mg, 60 Tablets. I decided to buy Vitamin C Vegitabs and the Life Extension is the brand I trust.Overall I feel good so I will keep taking it.
