What a wonderful piece of furniture. It looks amazing and is well made. A solid piece that will last for years. Assembly was more difficult then I thought, but that was because of the weight of the pieces. It was a pretty straight assembly process, but advise having a second person to help.

The actual wood used to make this product is great quality, the color does vary dramatically throughout the piece. It's gorgeous, but the manufacturing is another story.The holes do not line up with the threading the bolts are supposed to go into. In some places the threading isn't even visible through the holes. I put in screws instead on these pieces becuase it was not possible to use the intended hardware and methods. I also had to use multiple clamps to get things to line up properly before putting the screws in.Some of the door catches were installed in completely the wrong places and had to be moved. The ledges that hold the shelves aren't at the same heights and the shelves are completely crooked. I haven't decided on the best fix for this yet.All in all it looks great and is a solid piece of furniture, but assembly is likely to take some extra work and tools, and can be a bit frustrating.

I'm giving this cabinet 5 stars BUT I do not recommend that you buy it on Amazon unless you pay for the assembly. I first saw this in the Ashley store and they told me the cost of the cabinet was $645 but then I found it on Amazon for almost $100 cheaper. "Score!" I thought. Nope, it was kind of a pain in the A** putting this thing together and I'm pretty skilled at building Ikea furniture so I thought this would be a breeze. It was not. The holes did not line up nicely and the screws were a bit too short. Had they been longer the screw holes not quite lining up would not have been so irritating. I managed to still put it together by myself in about 1.5 hours but it should have taken half that time. The wood is beautiful and this cabinet is quality and beautiful.

Easy to assemble if you have experience assembling furniture previously. The good thing is that there are only a few large pieces, but the instructions are not clear on how to position your pieces when attaching. The manual is made up of abt 5 loose pages with no written directions, only diagrams. There was a printing error on my instructions; steps 3-5 were missing and instead steps 6 and 7 were dupicated on the back and front of the same page. When I called Amzn Support they were very helpful and provided me an electronic copy of the instructions. What was weirs is that we both figured out that there was no step 5 on the instructions either! There is one step too many. Definitely a QA problem with the Marketing team here. Also, 1 of the 6 roller catches for the 3 cabinet doors was busted. This was secured in the package and could not have been damaged during delivery. It was a manufacturing oversight.It's quality material but the assembly production and marketing aspects lower the overall consumer expectations. The rear board is not flush on one end as I could not catch the screw properly with the pre-drilled holes. I'm using it anyway since its out of sight, but I definitely need to replace a roller catch. Eh.

I love this cabinet ! It’s beautiful. Very sturdy. It is fairly dificult to put together because of how heavy it is, but my husband and I managed in about 3 hours. I recomend getting the option where they assemble it for you. Other than that, I really love it ! Money well spent, and at a considerable discount than buying it in store.

I saw this in the store and fell in love, and bought on Amazon. However, this is NOT what the same as the floor model. The white paint job was terrible and went onto the wood portion. There were chips and unsanded portions. I couldn’t tell you how it was to put together because I immediately returned it after seeing it’s face. The white and wood are not even the same colors.

I was nervous about assembly after reading the other reviews, but it wasn’t as bad as expected. My husband literally tossed the instructions, which are horribly written and described. Once he did, things got easier. It took about an hour to put together. Love the way it looks in the space! It’s super cute and I’m happy with the purchase.

I have mixed feelings about writing this review. First off we're happy with it. However you can probably expect it to come damaged. Our first one came broken in two pieces, the box looked fine which was odd. The second one also came with some damage, but I found it acceptable. (A crack in the back panel where you can't see, and a broken latch which was easily replaced). As far as assembly goes, most of the screws were too short to use the lock washers. Some I were able to tighten, then go back and remove the bolt, and then re-insert with the lock washer. Like I said it's a nice piece, fits perfectly where we wanted it, but the packaging is poor.
