I received this yesterday and used it for the first time today. I was only carrying my mobile phone and a small purse in it so nothing heavy. But only half an hour later BOTH of the back straps had come away at the top end and the small top strap was beginning to come away too making it pretty much useless. I didn't expect a huge amount for the price but I am totally disgusted and will be expecting a full refund.

Lasted a week, not robust enough as a school bag

This bag is awful !! The zip broke on the inside within 2 weeks and then the metal parts where the holes are came off a week later and then a week later the whole bag started ripping in 2 places and now I cannot use it, biggest waste of money ! I am wanting a refund please.

Bought for daughter the straps had broken after ~ 6 weeks of use.

The material of it is disgusting and comes with a funky smell aswell!!

Love the bag. Surprisingly better quality than I was expecting.
