They do exactly what I want

Unfortunately, I had to move up from Tena Extra Light (Level 0) to the next level. The adhesive strip on this Maximum Men's Guard does not go all the way to the top or the bottom, allowing the top to fold over when I tuck back in. The liner is better quality than Level 1, but not as good as the Level 0. This Men's Maximum 50600 holds more than Level 1, however, the adhesive strip should go all the way to the top and the bottom and they should be available in black, like Level 0. One tip, I wear PROTECHDRY Washable & Reusable Urinary Incontinence Cotton Boxer Brief Underwear for Men - 5 Pack with a guard, that way I can dispose of the guard and still have protection.

Fit and use was good

They are lighter and thinner than other urine pads. I wasn’t sure they would work initially. Now, after wearing them for several weeks, I really like them. I like the extra wide wings that prevent leaking. They hold as much urine as the thicker ones. However, they carry it more comfortably. They, and the overnight version, are my go to pads.

this is probably the best pad I have tried

These pads are comfortable only when my incontinence is light. If I have a heavy day, they get bulky and tend not to keep the moisture away from my skin. I have had days where I had to replace the pad because it became to wet and bulky. They are ok but not noticeably better than other pads.

Leakage occurs seldom, and that is only upon multiple urination during the night.
