AP was GREAT, but no support as expected
To start, I knew exactly what I was getting into when I bought this. If you don't buy Cisco gear from an authorized retailer you most likely won't get Cisco support or be able to place the gear under a Cisco support agreement (which is REQUIRED for firmware updates). That is fine, I have access to firmware elsewhere and it was for my house so it did exactly what I needed it to with no problems or trouble. Great product at a great price but support is limited.
