The purpose of me buying this pillow was for the cup holders. They don’t even fit right in there. Returning .

This was given as a gift. My MIL crochet all day and has 2 bad shoulders so the large side wings were great. It's very firm so not "soft" like you may think. My mistake was not putting the cup holders in the arms before I opened it to allow for it to expand. Now we can't get them to stay in bc the foam has expanded around the holes for the cups. It comes to you super, SUPER, condensed and did take a full 2 days to expand. She's very pleased with it.

It’s a nice chair. Comfortable material. Helps my back while sitting in bed watching TV or working on my computer. The cup holders fall out easily and it’s a very heavy/large lounger so moving it in and out of bed for sleeping and finding a place to store it can be difficult. But it’s better than having a sore back so it’s worth it.

The size is good and big and comfortable. The pockets could be higher and bigger. The two cups should be tapered and a little larger and they pop out to easily. Head pillow should attach better. I do not find it useful unless the pillow is lying against a taller head board of the bed. The pillow is comfortable.

This was purchased for my son so he could relax up against it while in his bed. The cup holders cannot be used for a beverage since they don’t stay flush down inside the holes. Also if you afix them to stay in the holes you will NOT be able to sit anything wider than a can of soda in them because they’re just that small and narrow. The side pockets on either side are good for holding your cellphone, pens, magazine or a thin book. Nice neckroll to rest your head back when neck gets fatigued from leaning forward after a while. Overall, I’m satisfied with it and glad I purchased it.

I bought this for my husband, who has back issues, and cannot lie flat when sleeping. It gives good support and is comfortable, but he keeps sliding down , and has difficulty keeping propped up without the use of a lot of other pillows.

This product is disappointing. Although it is very comfortable, the cup holders DO NOT fit in the openings made for it. I have had to sew a seam back together already. My grandson informed me yesterday that 2 more places in the seams have popped open. He is 14 and uses it to sit and play games so it’s not being treated rough. I will not buy this brand again and will advise others of the same.

My wife is a Parkinson patient and sometimes needs to stay in bed. She has a hard time finding comfortable positions & this flexibility in positions in bed. It is soft but offers her enough support.
