I love this little rug. It's so cute and summery. I put it on the floor in the laundry room as one more place to wipe feet before entering the house but the smell of the rubber that it's made of made me move it outside. Not good for an enclosed room but still colorful and exactly what I wanted.

We purchased this mat for use outdoors, next to the pool in a decorative capacity. At first it looked great, though it is fairly lightweight so it had some trouble staying in place. I believe there are holders that you can purchase separately that will correct the movement problem, but we did not elect to go that route. I'm glad we didn't spend any more money than we did because within just a few months, the color has completely faded out and it looks nothing like the vibrant mat that we started out with. If you have a spot that is shaded, it might work better, but the sun has not been kind to this mat. I can't really speak to the overall durability of the mat if used to wipe feet on since ours is mostly decorative and occasionally someone sits on it as a smoother surface next to the pool than the rough concrete. It works fine for that. Not exactly cushy, but a nice smooth finish is comfortable on your bum. I'm disappointed that we will have to replace it for pool season next year, but perhaps at this price point that should be expected so I rated it a middle of the road option.

If I had know that the manufactures name and product number was stamped on the front of mat I would never had purchased it. The amazon listing does not show this.

I would not buy this again. It is beautiful with bright colors but have had it less than a month and it is fading, stained looking and seems to be “pilling”. We do not have grass or dirt in our yard. All pool and patio.
