Belkin FormFit Cover / Case for iPad Air (Pink Stripe)

This iPad case was bought to replace the one purchased in April 2017. I love the pattern ( reminds me of Neapolitan ice cream), and I tend to stick to what I love. After three years however, the original purchase was worn out and soiled. This is a non-washable item, so I decided to replace it with the same pattern. The replacement case arrived on June 29, 2020 and I put it into use on June 30. By the third week of July, the edges of the fabric cover had begun to fray. But last night, September 5, 2020, an entire two inch segment of the protective plastic edging has cracked clean away. I found that disappointing.

This item is supposed to specifically fit the new iPad Air, but it does not. The clip holding the cover closed continually pops open. When folded to use the stand, in any configuration, it is unsteady. When folding the cover back to use the tablet, it doesn't fold completely flat and is bulky. The workmanship overall is poor. The edges appear to be sewn, but there are areas of the fabric that look like they were hastily glued down over cardboard. I'm extremely disappointed as I believed a Belkin product would be of better quality. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the colors are nice. The fabric and matching interior pink are one of the factors in why I chose this one over another brand. I am now returning this one and buying a plain one from Apple that will fit.

Previous I pad cover was the same brand but this one is made out of cheap noisy plastic. I guess for the money it’s ok but I would had rather pay more and get a better product.

no magnetic open-shut available. was ok to use but made my ipad air slightly heavier than it needed to be. also felt the fabric used would have a higher propensity for accumulating dirt. I returned it and got a case from poetic (available here on amazon.com) that I am well-pleased with.

I bought this several years ago from Target. I was happy to find this here so I could replace my old one. Works perfectly for my iPad and the color is great!

Great cover, the second one I've owned. But my IPad shattered when I tried to put it on! Not the case's fault, but do be careful.

Bought for my daughter along with her new ipad air. She loved it. Very adjustable so it makes it comfortable to use the ipad in any sitting position. Cover is light and wimp able. She also loved the colors.

Only think I don’t like is that get dirty very easy for the color but for durability and quality is ok

As a case it's really good.....but it soils very easily.
