Before buying this I'd had a go on someone else's. We took the plunge and hoped it wasn't just going to be a one week wonder. We've had it for about 5 weeks now and only not used it on three occasions. The reason for getting it was to see if it would help tone up. We haven't been on any diet nor changed eating habits and are already noticing differences, clothing looser, even face and neck definition being highlighted. We use it every day when we get up, stick the music on and the fifteen minute programme flies in. Unusually even though the vibrations are really fast I now find it a relaxing 15 mins, great to start the day.

Why is there a European plug instead of a British one? Does not state that you need to now buy an adapter so that you can use the product?

Arrived next day can definitely feel in working and mine had English plug unlike a previous review who received European adapter

This is a marathon not a sprint, so far it’s been good lots of programs to pick, from beginners to the more experienced

I'm enjoying it and using every day

I have this plate for 3 years now, was using everyday. The tummy was sweeping the floor but was gone after standing on the plate for good 3 months every day for 30 min and letting the tummy to freely hang. BUT my weight did not reduce although being 50+ my body is toned and I look better thank some 25 years old girls! Have people eyeballing me on the street- I got now tired of it, just want to come up to each of them and say to stop looking at me. its nice to know this that this plate keeps me in shape. However round is also shape (lol). but seriously was hoping to lose weight that's why I bought it for ( however the plate is intelligent and wont make me lighter unless I stop overeating)
