Great bag for hiking!
Used this bag on a hike for the first time this weekend and it was great! I was able to pack 2 water bottles, some essentials for the dog, a charging pack for my phone, as well as all of our keys, phones, and other accessories into the top of the pack comfortably. The dividers make it easy to separate your camera and lenses/supplies. I really like having the ability to store extra lens covers, memory cards, etc in the different pouches. The chest strap and hip straps are wonderful when you're walking, my pack didn't move one bit. My only complaint was that I was hoping my laptop would fit inside, and it did not. It could not fit with the zipper being closed all the way, but it would fit with the top open. I was afraid I would break the zipper if I forced it. Honestly, my laptop won't be in the bag for the most part, so this was not a deal breaker for me. My laptop is a 17" so I kind of expected this anyway.Pros:Removable organizers- great for different sized lensesGreat size for hiking and travelingPlenty of room for 4 lenses, a full size camera, accessories, and some essential items for hikingLove the extra loops on the outside of the bag- great for hanging water bottles and carabiners from your bagCons:The laptop area is snug, I was really hoping I could get my 17" Envy in there, as I usually can in a 15" bag, but it wasn't workingSeems as if the zippers move sometimes, even when I know I closed them completelyThe top strap seems to be really high up, it might be because I'm big chested (female) but it seems as if it's more at neck level than chest levelOverall, I would buy this bag again, I really like the padding and feel like my investments are protected in this bag. It's very durable, I can set it down places and it doesn't seem to tear or rip any of the materials. The camera lenses and camera don't move at all inside the compartments, the separators are very sturdy. I really like having the ability to move things around to my preference, and the easy access from the side zippers makes grabbing my camera in a hurry very simple. Highly recommended.

Fits your BIG gear with room to spare. Still like new 2 yrs later.
Just wanted to post a few pics to help.Briefly, a first class bag - stands up on it's own, solid construction makes you feel secure that it can hold lots of weight - because this is a bag meant for some BIG gear. Shown in pictures: Canon 5D Mark IV body with Black Rapid strap attached, and 70-200 f/2.8 II IS USM attached with hood mounted backward fits easily from the side, so is easily accessed without taking off the sling. And with the 70-200 attached, the 24-70 f/2.8 fits easily in another section, accessed from the front.Vice versa, the 5D IV with 24-70 attached easily fits from the side for quick access, with hood attached backwards. And with that mounted, you have PLENTY of room to pack the 70-200 f/2.8 in another section. With that body and two lenses, plenty of room for 1 or even two speedlites as shown in the main compartment. Then the HUGE top compartment. Nicely fits my Canon T5i with attached Sigma 18-35 f/1.8 AND another Flash in it's case. (Pixel X800C). there's still more room there, as well as some side pockets you can see in Youtube videos - to put other odds and ends.Pics with this on my back as sling and as backpack to give you an idea of it's size. I'm 5'10" 190# - it's perfect size for me - big enough to hold your best gear, but not so big that it looks funny on your back.Took me weeks of research to find a bag that could take a full frame camera with 70-200 attached, function as a sling to allow access from the side so that you do not have to remove the bag and set it on the ground to get your camera out. I'm happy to say - this is the right bag if that is your goal.**** UPDATE ****two years later - 9/13/18 Still love this bag, I put WAY too much stuff in it so it is very heavy, but still, none of the zippers or straps have failed. Love it.

Nice Bag - Not for Pro Body Camera or Big People
I was pleasantly surprised at the appearance of the bag. The construction of the bag is really nice. I am 6'5" and 290lb and the shoulder straps were long enough but the padding doesn't come down the strap far enough and the connector between the two straps was basically at my neck line. The waist strap was too high on my torso. For a more normal sized person it would probably work just fine.I bought this bag for the size and the side flap. The interior had enough room but the side opening is not big enough for a full frame camera with a battery pack or a D5 size body. It's just a struggle to get the camera body in and out. There was not enough room for the camera with 70-200 F2.8 with the body attached to fit across at the side opening. Admittedly, that might be asking a lot for a pack of this size. I use my 70-200 for most of my photography and having a pack that the side opening will work with is what I am searching for. This would be a great pack if you are a more normal sized person and don't need the side opening for a large body camera.

Couldn't fit my gear, but the bag was solid.
I really wanted to like this bag- it looked really promising, but I just couldn't make it work for me. I have a Canon 5D Mark IV and the Sigma Art 20mm, 35mm, 50mm, and 85mm- I tried configuring the lenses and the adjustable pads, but it just was more inconvenient to deal with. The pads are well made, BUT I couldn't keep my 85mm in a section because the velcro wasn't sticking to the other part that it was supposed to stick to. The upper pocket was great, I could fit my camera with a lens on in it. The side pocket that allowed you to access the camera was the feature I was looking to the most, but my camera with one of my smaller lenses didn't even fit. The bag is very well made, but just didn't work for me. Also, the straps need some design work, but I did like that it had the belt style straps.

Ottimo+suggerimenti

Love this bag!
This is exactly what I was looking for and at a reasonable price! It's sturdy, with a lot of padding, and enough room for all my gear. I love how the main camera area is at the bottom, so the bag isn't top heavy, and it's accessible from all three sides. Couldn't have designed it better myself!

Great bag, confusing straps
In my pursuit of the idea camera bag I rate this on every highly. Well constructed and well padded, fits comfortably in the overhead on the plane and has lots of room for my SLR and compact, wife's compact, my bins and sketch book and as many phone and camera chargers as I care to bring along. The only downside are the straps. The promo material said you can wear the bag on your back, over your shoulder, cross ways etc and the're lots of padded bits and straps to allow you to do this; but no clear instructions on how to clips it all together. This is only a very minor gripe. I'd highly recommend this to anyone with an SLR and bits to carry.
